Always had great service until today. Trying to get and asthma review appointment is ridiculous! Now done over the phone, pointless and explanation given was, “things change”. Certainly not for the better I might add.

I had a wonderful hydrotherm massage with Jill today. Such a great professional in her field who made me relaxed and comfortable. This was my second appointment and needless to say, I have booked my next one as it was fantastic. If you are considering booking an appointment, don’t delay, as you will not be disappointed. I feel like a new woman tonight!

I have used West End Surgery for 34 years and always found it a friendly and efficient practice and one where you could develop patient relationships with the Staff.This has now completely disappeared and Covid has been used to introduce a remote, arms length based system, where if you are lucky, you may be granted a telephone call in 12 -15 weeks. I have a chronic condition but cannot get in front of a doctor to discuss and review what can be done next.The surgery is no where near the standard it used to be ,to the detriment of us the patients, I'm made to feel no more than a customer, waiting for a customer service rep to answer the phone.

Every time i have had an appointment here every single doctor and nurse has been excellent and understanding. I have always managed to get emergency on the day appointments and even the reception team are understanding. I had to move GP because of coming to university and was nervous because of the rating but it should be 5 stars, that’s always the experience i’ve had.

I would definitely recommend this company. They responded very quickly to my email then arranged an online meeting which was efficient and the Doctor was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I am extremely happy with this service.

I recommend Mrs. J.Jaworska gynecologist. Thevisit was conducted in apleasant atmosphere. Thetests performed werethoroughly and professionallyexplained. From the telephoneregistration, the receptionistto the doctor, everything wasat the highest level. Thank youand I highly recommend it

Just been to 199 Acomb Road for flu and COVID jabs. The service couldn't have been better. Staff were friendly, helpful, reassuring, efficient and knowledgeable. I was able to park easily on the road and was in and out of the clinic in less than ten minutes. Many thanks.

In my opinion one of the best Practices in Bolton.Excellent leadership, professional and friendly service.I have never, in over 20 years of being with this practice, had any issues with the care, and support,me and my family have received.In these challenging and changing times, i just want to say that the Dunstan Partnership are providing a fantastic service.Thank you.

GP was absolutely Brilliant however the place is let down by an awful dragon on reception, unhelpful, rude, obnoxious, difficult and with a face like a robbers dog. Honestly people who are incapable of communicating should not be put in a role that is public facing. What an absolute horror of a woman to deal with, God help the people who are sick and at a real low ebb walking into this place.Disgusting

Dr Faisal was excellent. Warm, understanding and clearly skilful her treatment was amazing. I felt immediately better and re energised. Highly recommend visiting her for anything connected to skin and how to maintain its health and vitality. I will be returning . Thanks .
