As a Case Manager I have referred to several Krysalis Occupational Therapists. Without exception they have combined a specialist level of knowledge with the practical, person centred approach so essential to working with individuals after brain injury.Krysalis therapists have made a positive difference to the rehabilitation and recovery of my clients and for this reason they remain my OT provider of choice.

Rude, did not listen, asked questions and then cuts you off before you can answer. Made to feel useless. Maybe that's just because I'm an NHS patient?

Helped my son when he developed epilepsy at 20 ... he has been so professional ,kind ,understanding and we could not be happier. He is my sons Hero and brought him back from a very dark place ,excellent .

Great experience with physiotherapist, Shannon, at this branch. Super efficient, friendly and thorough - my shoulder injury improved rapidly with only two sessions needed. Would recommend :)

Today, I visited the Pret A Manger in Clapham Common with the hope of getting a hot cup of coffee to warm myself up from the pouring rain outside. Unfortunately, when we reached the tills, we were informed that coffee was not available due to an electrical fault. Instead, I ordered a Berry Bliss cooler, which was refreshing.The branch is located very near to Clapham Common underground station. The staff members were courteous and provided good service. Hopefully, the electrical issue is resolved soon.

One of the world’s best Consultants i ever meet in my whole life always understanding me i been a Patient at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for several year’s with Dr McCorry always there for me when i needed him. I wish every consultant was like Dr McCorry always cheerful smiling understanding the Patient’s condition and illnesses, Dr McCorry looked after me for my Epilepsy i am great full to him the way his been looking after me. I was born with epilepsy up to today i haven’t come across a Consultant like Dr McCorry

The team at Flex are always professional, yet friendly and will always do their utmost to help you. I really cannot praise them highly enough.I have a variety of painful and often debilitating MSK problems and have been treated by Sam, one of the physiotherapists at Flex for almost three years.Last week I started to suffer unbearable pain in my left hip and leg; I was unable to do anything including sit, lay or sleep. A lucky cancellation meant I could see Sam next day, and after a thorough diagnostic process, he said I was suffering from GTPS - Google it. He gave me some treatment on the area, prescribed exercises and suggested coping strategies for the pain. He demonstrated the exercises, checked my ability to do them properly and even provided a video of the exercises as a reminder. After a second appointment yesterday, I am still in discomfort, but I am able to move about and sleep, something that was unimaginable seven days ago.Working in an office environment with poor work stations, I have also used Flex for sports massage to alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain.

My experiences with Sian have been professional, inspiring and hugely motivational. She is very personable, and takes time to really understand your needs. NLP and mindset coaching is very new to me, but I found the process easy to take to and highly effective with Sian’s coaching! I would highly recommend her services and will be seeing Sian again!
