Kris is an excellent trainer and is obviously motivated by seeing clients achieve their goals. I have exceeded my expectations of an overally toned body and increased core strength in about 12 sessions. Physically, I feel better after KK training than I felt after chiropractic treatment. My neck & shoulder pain is gone, and at a competitive price. Kris comes highly recommended.

Yesterday 10.7 23 in grape tree Norwich whilst I was standing at the vitamins I was absolutely gobsmacked to hear how rude and disrespectful one of your customers was to a male member of staff .The member of staff was working alone and he was simply changing some notes in the till for coins and counting the coins into the till this took no time at all.This customer was so impatient and disrespectful to him This outspoken woman was an embarrassment however your member of staff was completely polite and courteous to this customer it was absolutely disgusting how she treated him . I felt for him this customer should be utterly ashamed of her attitude and behaviour.I hope that someone from Grape Tree reads this and passes on my comments to your member of staff for being such a credit to your business

Came for 1st time today as a normal member at Nuffield but wanted to try different equipment as sups has such a wider range of equipment on weights to cover all areas and was super impressed at how friendly everyone was and super helpful with equipment and after training enjoyed a high protein meal from there wide range of meals, drinks and supplements any thing u could think of they have for you, Callum was great

A wide selection of goods, priced to compete or out do some major supermarkets. Range of packet sizes. Staff pleasant and helpful. Clean and tidy shop.

I went there, according to google maps it was open. But when I went there, it was closed. And the worst part is that they don't even have a sign on the shop's door that tells you about the opening times, like any normal decent business would do.

I have been a member of Dynamix for a number of years now and feel it is still the best gym in the area. I have been a member of other gym locally previously and not one is anywhere near as clean, tidy and offers the same training experience. All weights are in the correct place all the time, this is achieved by the staff and owners keeping on top of all members ensuring each person is accountable for putting there weights back and tidying there training area.I have personally had direct contact with the owners to discuss various aspects of my training and they have always been more than helpful. As a business owner myself I felt it was the least I should do is comment seeing the hard work put in to maintain this training environment by the owners after the crazy review left previously.Terry Marsh
