I'm new to the area and needed the front suspension replacing and some welding done on my car. Using a new garage is always a little concerning, but AJW were very professional and good value for money. They rang the day before to confirm the booking and got the work done to a high standard in time for me to pick the kids up from school.

Booked in with infinity to get my clutch done & gearbox oil to help with smoother transmission. Really happy with the service they called me up and explained to me that it wasn’t my slave master and it was in really good condition and told me it was my flywheel making the noise. Communication on point compared to other garages from past experience, they kept me up to date with everything and the car is driving really well now, highly recommended, not the cheapest but if you have a Bmw.. don’t cut corners go to a specialist, will definitely use this garage again

I had my dbf cleaned today at this garage very quick service very very friendly the cost was 250 pound when we turned up they were honest n truthful and sed we've only used half a bottle so it will only now cost u 140 !!! How many garages can u say r so honest !!!! I will defo be returning and sefo recommend them

Honest knowledgeable technicians who deliver fantastic service quickly at a fair price. I trust all my cars to them for mot's and other service work I can't tackle myself. Highly recommend.

The guys at AMR were great today when I phoned for advice, worried about my car. They checked my car and diagnosed the fault quickly and explained everything really well. The part was replaced and follow up advice given. 10/10 guys. I highly recommend!!

Brilliant experience throughout dealing with Sally and Nigel. They solved within two hours an electrical problem that had been bugging me for several weeks and that had defeated a local so called auto-electrician on a previous occasion. Nigel is supremely capable in his field of expertise and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Purchased a home testing kit for assessing the strength of my immune system. Delivery of the kit was prompt. I followed the process in accordance with instructions and returned the completed test as instructed. I received very prompt notification that my kit had been received, and was being analysed. A short time later, I received a further e-mail to inform me that my sample could not be analysed, and that a replacement test kit was on its way. That arrived very promptly, and I repeated the testing process. The sequence of events was as before, with the result that, again, my test could not be analysed. Despite the very prompt transmission of information, ultimately my attempts to obtain a result were unsuccessful. Hence the poor rating. I have requested a refund of my fee as per the company’s policy.It should be said that I found the blood collection process rather awkward, as a consequence of the requirement to collect the sample in a tiny plastic tube which proved difficult to manoeuvre. I imagine the entire procedure could be simplified by a rethinking of the container which is supplied.

I took my Toyota Avensis to the garage around 8.30am today as the AC was not working. I said to the gentleman at reception that I had taken the car to Halfords earlier this week and was told that there was a fault either with the compressor or with the pipe. Got a call at 9.50am saying that the pipe needed replacement. The job of replacing the pipe etc would cost me in the region of £650 in total. I said no, I do not want the work done. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was charged £60 for a diagnostic check! I wish I had known this in advance. Wouldn't have proceeded with the check. Went to the local Toyota dealer (Marshall Toyota). The diagnostic check was for free and was quoted £383.56 for the pipe replacement and regassing (including labour).This is a very pricey garage and I am certainly not going back.
