To say that I feel that I have been robbed is an understatement, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very rude and unprofessional. Was initially quoted £90 but had to pay £40 deposit which I accepted. During the waxing I must admit I was treated well considering the nature of the waxing, but was told it may be a good idea to have bit of hair on my abdomen waxed, and a bit of extra hair in my intimate area waxed, which I was advised would cost a little bit more. Judging by the prices on her price list I was OK with this (although thought the Hollywood should deal with front and back). When it came to paying I was told we would have to pay an extra £120 on top of the £40 deposit I paid. I didn't say anything at the time as didn't want to create a scene in front of my dad and husband and was in a state of shock. My husband has since questioned the costs as down south for what I had done the prices are a lot cheaper (regardless of a person's size _ I am an 18),. My husband was told that we had agreed to extra works prior, and also she said that because I was a bigger lady it was more difficult to get in to areas and was a big job. I did agree prior to the extra work (which was not a lot) not realising the charge would be an extra £120 more for literally a couple of extra wax strips, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very crafty/snakey.I followed all the instructions that she gave to make her job easier, so my size should not have come in to it. To add insult to injury I still have quite a few hairs that were missed. The price guide on her website is also out of date so I will be seeking advise as I'm sure she has not complied with trading standards regulations.I'm so upset, I feel like I have not got my monies worth, and I have been robbed and insulted. I will make sure that all I know in Stoke On Trent know about this place.

This was an amazing first time experience for Botox. The office is orderly and professional. The technicians and receptionists are friendly and made me feel truly comfortable as a first time patient. Charlotte was patient and conscientious. She listened to my concerns and questions. Charlotte took the time to carefully examine my face as one would expect from such a profession. Very happy with the results and will continue to recommend to all.

Staff is very friendly, but since last treatment I noticed that the the space is not very clean or at least it is not cleaned daily. Today I went first time in the morning and I was very disappointed with the condition of the wash hand basin which was extremely dirty, this is not hygienic, I wonder what are the standards of this place, it looks like the basin was not cleaned in months. It was very dirty with yellow stains, s small dead fly sticked to the basin, the drain was blocked with rubish. I do not recommend this place because I think it does not have any infection control protocols that will avoid people getting bacteria and infections. Please be careful! Apologies for the photos, they are a bit disgusting.

Although I have some alopecia its taken me years to pluck up courage to have this treatment. Even when I got to the clinic, I wanted to run. I'm so glad I didn't. I felt I was in very safe hands with Sarah and relaxed immediately. I enjoyed the whole appointment. It's a week since I had my eyebrows done and I love them. I'm really surprised at how much difference they have made. I'm delighted. Thank you Sarah.

I highly recommend Jade. She is very friendly and welcoming. I had my B12 injection with her, she was very knowledgeable and reassuring. The first night since having the injection I had the best sleep of my life and now I feel like a whole new person!

Jay is amazing ! I was so nervous the first time I had Botox but Jay, without any pressure reassured me. Once I saw the results of her work there was no stopping me. She keeps me looking very natural and makes me confident. Would highly recommend.
