Well, all l can say is 100% satisfied. We had excellent service and customer care. The staff we delt with , Keiron, Ian and the Branch manager where all helpful and very efficient. Everything was delt with quickly and easily. We had a minor issue after purchase which has been addressed without any problems. We would highly recommend Arnold Clark Morecambe, we felt comfortable, well looked after and not pressured at all with our purchase. A very satisfied costomer.

5 stars feels like an injustice it should be more like 500! Andrew has got to be the most friendly, reassuring salesman Ive ever met, he was polite and easy to get along with and explained everything regarding the sale of the van to me in detail and provided both paper and email copies at my request! I was looked after brilliantly while my car was serviced. When I got the car back, the gentleman that did the service made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I mentioned that my wipers were leaving some marks and he immediately dealt with the issue.I would definitely recommend this garage.

Absolutely appalling. Waited 5 hours for my service to receive a phone call they don't have the parts and want to keep the vehicle another day, a phone call at the start of the day would have been great instead I wasted my day, whilst collecting the vehicle I had to return as warning lights came up on the dash board which was never there before, garage was not really interested, managed to get the lights cleared by googling. Avoid.
