Wembury Beach
Nice clean beach with rock pools. Facilities right next to beach. It's a gently slopping beach, so other than the normal supervision with kids, it looks pretty good.Access to the beach is ok, but you will need to be able to get down some concrete steps and uneven ground. Get there early as parking is limited and take some cash as the phone signal is not good.

St. Bees Beach Seafront
When the tides out there are various pools created in the sand for to kids to play and explore there is no 'dry' sand as such to play on,It has some impressive rock pools full of creatures to explore,Public toilets are in good condition and a cafe that's busy is reasonable for food and snacks. If you look carefully you'll find some really old and in some cases war time graffiti etched into the sandstone around the rock pools,Impressive looking walks up and over big hills too.Car park is large and reasonably priced pay and display HOWEVER just a short walk away coming into the beach area is a car park with £3 all day parking so look out for that.

Aldeburgh Beach
It's a really lovely place to visit and walk around especially during the off season. Some of the buildings are stunning and the little model boating pound is a must to sit around watching the gulls eying up peoples lunch.I must admit I'm not a fan of the stoney beach

Exmouth Beach East
absolutely beautiful! It has a lovely dog friendly cafe with a few outdoor seating but no shade, lots of parking not free but can park right on the sea front. Despite being a week day it was fairly popular with families and lots of off lead dogs, you can get onto the beach by a few narrow steps. Very dog friendly but not easy for our reactive dogs so would recommend going very early or late (or on a rainy day!) if you have dogs with big feelings likes ours.

West Beach
Beach is quite nice, not a lot of people but that's probably because the way to the beach is a bit of a nightmare. Roads are far too narrow for cars to drive side by side and people park everywhere making the narrow road even narrower.

West Wittering Beach
One of the best beaches for small children and kids. There are plenty of shallow areas for the little ones to play and swim in. Great beach and decent cafe. Parking is good and you have the option to prepay so you can just park up, offload and relax. I would recommend prepayment for parking anyways as a few times it's been fully booked.

Absolutely lovely beach, dog friendly all year round. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from here. Toilets are available in carpark, too .

Sully Coastal Access (No Life Guards), Access to beach
A nice quiet stop, however if you're confined to your car (as I am) the view of the sea is nonexistent. We managed to move to a higher spot when a van left and this was better. Nice enough though and it is free.

Great Yarmouth Beach
Surprisingly nice beach and enjoyable atmosphere.I was surprised when I visited for the first time because I did not have very high expectations, however, I really like the sand and even the water felt pretty good (a bit chilly, but tolerable). The beach can get busy time by time, therefore I would recommend to pick a day and time carefully. Also, it's really pretty both in the morning and evening as well, especially at sunrise and sunset times.I can recommend it.
