I was struggling to update the TomTom satnav maps subscription in a Fiat 500 I bought in Cornwall. Local dealers unwilling to help with a few saying they were no longer able to renew my maps' subscription. I jumped through hoops for weeks with local dealers here in Cornwall, getting nowhere.A member of Fiat Forum told me to get in touch with Lipscomb Fiat, so I dropped them an email and within 30 mins, Nick Feather had got back to me ready to help. A quick phone call & payment over the phone & Nick renewed my subscription remotely without me having to leave my home in Cornwall. Within the hour, I was fully up-to-date.Nick was friendly, courteous & really helpful. I only wish I lived closer, so I could have all my servicing done here. I'll be back in 3 years to renew my subscription. Highly recommended. Wonderful service.

The thing I like best about MWT is that I can rely on a quick diagnosis of the problem at half the cost of a dealership. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I have never bought a car without test driving in the past, but due to distance, I did this time. The car, the service from Lee at Rockingham and the gentleman who delivered my car all exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Rockingham and will return to them in the future when I need another car.

Staff are extremely helpful and patient and they don't pressure the customers. Also give great warranty at no extra costs and will deliver to home address free of charge too. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

5 stars feels like an injustice it should be more like 500! Andrew has got to be the most friendly, reassuring salesman Ive ever met, he was polite and easy to get along with and explained everything regarding the sale of the van to me in detail and provided both paper and email copies at my request! Fantastic deal and superb organisation for collection of the van and for getting everything sorted! I received the best customer experience in a long time from Arnold Clark Falkirk. Barry who sold me my car was professional, friendly and found the best car for me.The videos from Calum and Natalia provided me with detail of the car and Natalia provided a demonstration of all the workings of the car.When I picked my car up I was greeted with Natalia Barry the sales consultant and Paul the general Manager who thanked me for my custom and hoped I enjoyed my new car.
