Yesterday, my bonnet flew open on the A14 and smashed my windscreen. I was very shaken up on my own in the car. I called my fiance to let him know and he called Eurorepar Kettering, a garage 10mins away. David, from was Eurorepar was so kind, he kept the shop open for me after 6pm on a Friday night. He gave me sweets and biscuits to calm me down and gave me advice on what to do with the car. He didn't have to do this - but it was wonderful to be shown such kindness in such a scary moment. Cannot recommend this shop enough. They jumped through hoops and were able to fit me in their already full schedule to fix an urgent repair and get my car back to me in an extremely timely manner. I will be back for any other maintenance.

100% the only garage worth using. The most honest and reliable staff I've ever encountered in this industry and my latest experience took this to the next level. I suffered a breakdown at 1800hrs, got on the phone to Brett, he not only sent someone out to see if they could help roadside, but they kept someone at the garage to make sure I got it there ok after recovery (was 1930hrs at this point). By 1100hrs this morning I had a call saying it was fixed. Water pump replaced! I have and always will use Eurorepar/BeeCool!
