I asked if Autony’s could engineer a repair on an obsolete Saab electrical safety part at short notice on a Saturday morning. One hour later the repair was carried out effectively and it was operational. Very reasonable charge and happy to come back again.

I had an overnight flat tyre whilst staying in Hade Edge and drove slowly into Holmfirth looking for help. I came across Autonys by chance and pulled in. No problem: the puncture was repaired there and then! It took about only 35 minutes comfortable waiting time and the job was done! Brilliant. Very inexpensive as well. Lovely people.

Took my Corsa in at very short notice and was amazed at the way I was fitted in. After being ripped off at a main dealer I will use this company even if it's just to top up my windscreen washer bottle. Couldn't fault them for communication, cost or quality. I always get anxious when my car needs to go to garage however going here has given me some relief as I will always have a decent garage to take my car to.Very friendly. Genuine/ down to earth. Tells you the problems and the solutions in a informative but simplifed manner. Really reasonably prices. Will be my main garage in future. Would recommend.

Had issues with poor idle on start up and bad suspension noise!Diagnosed as glow plug and one link from the multi-link set-up on either side. Only charged 3 hours plus parts including diagnostic time. It's like driving a different car! Friendly, competitive pricing BUT most importantly HONEST!

Took my 12 year old car here for first time (MOT/service/issues) & whilst she went in feeling her age & a bit chesty she came out purring like a kitten. Thanks guys!!UPDATE - 6 years on and thanks to the annual visits to Autonys and their high quality tlc Harriet has just celebrated her 18th birthday by passing her latest MOT with flying colours. There have been a few in-between visits to sort out various problems and an accident repair but the trek over the hills is always worthwhile to know my car is in safe reliable hands.2023 & thanks to the continuing TLC Harriet has just passed yet another MOT with those flying colours & is about to celebrate her 21st birthday. Last year she had her first replacement exhaust system so was feeling more than a bit pampered. I will keep returning to Autony's as long as they are happy to service and repair her as I always get a first class job at a very realistic price. Good to deal with a company who maintain high standards, especially after recent difficult years. Thanks!
