World class and very helpful

We decided to use Peerless Windows after researching a number of local and national firms to fit a new double glazed rear door. We have been really happy with all aspects of the process, from the first appointment which was very clear and informative to the installation itself which was quick, tidy and, most importantly, excellent workmanship. Our door was made to measure and fits perfectly and all the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and punctual throughout. The whole process was so effortless I couldn't ask for more. Can't recommend them highly enough! Very professional and competitively priced. As well as turning a small bedroom into a walk-in closet and making some open shelves in the lounge, they fitted french doors leading out to my garden. AND when I had a problem with the doors 5 years later they came and fixed them free of charge!

The only word we can use for Alpha Windows is AMAZING. From the start to the end the service was exceptional, even after the door was fitted they noticed a small mistake (which we would have never seen) and immediately asked the supplier to replace it. We had bifold doors fitted, however due to Executive Windows our build was held up by 3 months leaving us with plywood doors during this time. Their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Every day was a lie.We ended up going to their offices in person to confront the owner, who blatantly lied to our faces about the delivery and fitting date, again ….Asking for our money back seemed to the trick and we finally got our window and doors.We would never recommend this company and even to this day are still having issues with the quality and repairs.
