I reached out to PRLocks after my front door decided stop working once I stepped outside with key in my hand.Spoken with Phil, explain the situation and ask for help. Within 20mins he already arrived. Another 15- 20 opened the door diagnosed the issue and resolved the root cause of the problem.Very polite and friendly chap. Service was top notch and efficient. Touchwood I don't have another issue with locks but if I do, I have no hesitation to call them again knowing will be in good hands.

Arrived on time,great service, a clean& tidy job. Fixed our door lock at a reasonable price. Would recommend and use again, friendly guy and excellent customer service. A+++

Shocking! Took a pair of well looked after Loakes for a temporary sole repair which needed to last a day at the most. Jobsworth cobbler said he wouldn’t provide rubber patches because they wouldn’t last. Explained they didn’t need to last as it was a temporary repair until they could be re-soled properly. Refused to help even in this emergency situation, probably due to his ‘reputation’ but then sent me to another branch of Timpson. Get over yourself - it’s a pair of shoes that needed a quick fix before a proper repair. Suspect he was just being idle.Took to the other Timpson store (which will receive five stars) who said absolutely no problem, I collect them in an hour.

Darren went above and beyond and got the job perfectly right, kept in touch throughout and explained everything in good detail. I found him to be really friendly and I was comfortable to ask any questions I had (which was a lot) that he answered. He kept his work space really tidy and whilst he was working for me he did come across a couple of unexpected problems which he corrected with no issue. He is definitely worth the money and I would not use anyone else now I have experienced such a quality service. Thankyou Darren!
