Arranged a call from Ross to provide advice and quote for work . He didn’t show up, no telephone call to let us know and didn’t answer when I called him. Obviously ,would not recommend Beechwood Carpentry as no consideration shown by not turning up and no explanation as a matter of courtesy to explain why ?

Happy to recommend Gary. He did the wardrobe in our master bedroom, a really cool floating vanity table, and a boiler cabinet. Two years on they’re still looking and working great. We then got him back for a large wardrobe in the spare bedroom - also really well done.

This is the second time we’ve worked with Kamil - he laid flooring at our first flat and built in-built storage / shelving for us and because of his professionalism and brilliant workmanship, we were keen to work with him again on our new house. Kamil fitted our kitchen, laid flooring in the hallway and kitchen/diner and snug. He also built a bench and shelving for us in the kitchen / diner. His work is always of the highest standard and he has potential solutions for any problems that arise. He works quickly and efficiently and I would recommend him time and time again. He’s brilliant!

They offered a great service, which included bespoke cabinets and general decorating. Incredibly tidy during, and gave the rooms a massive clean after, would highly recommend.

Truly unpleasant experience. After waiting for 5 weeks to get anywhere with a quote I will now be behind on my build.I was asked to send over images of the windows, I did. I then heard nothing for weeks despite constantly chasing. Finally I heard from Richard who then stated he only quotes once he receives measurements… why wasn’t I told this 5 weeks ago, I would have sent over measurements.I had a call with Richard. Instead of apologising for the constant delays it was a very unpleasant call, he constantly attacked and shouted down the phone at me, I ended up in tears and hung up the call.The customer service is truly the worst you can experience. He has a terrible attitude.

Second time we used Interior Complete, and once again very happy with the choice.This time we asked for a redesign of our bedroom storage and wardrobes, and Val suggested a solution, designed it for us and made it, I was shocked how easy it has been, and how elegant and functional is our bedroom now!Thanks Val!
