I was stopped at the roundabout kiowa looked a great place..

I have used the services of this place many times as I'm unaware of anywhere else locally offering the same products. Clearly though they think they are untouchable due to this. I visited earlier today to have a second repair on a pressure hose in as many weeks. The repair was completed on the hose but cost 60% more than 2 weeks prior for the same thing. When I questioned this I was told that he had to add on more labour as his colleague had spent a few more minutes telling me a different part of my product wasn't working so the repair was actually pointless. I suggested that surely a regular customer would expect that few minutes to be classed as customer service. He said the price is what I said. When I said I would not be returning in future after my experience the counter assistant said that it was my choice and they were unlikely to go bankrupt due to me.The worst customer service I have ever encountered.Wouldn't of given any stars but could not leave review if I didnt.

As a surveyor myself, I use tradesman regularly and know when we have a good one vs a bad one.We shopped around for a little while to find a tradesman to replace a UPVC door with a Composite after our UPVC failed. Whilst not the cheapest quote, he came across as the most reliable and friendly so we picked him. We trusted his opinion and he didn’t hard sell any products.It turned out our choice was excellent, and Steven and his son fitted us a brand new composite door. They took the time to make sure the fitment of the new door was better suited to the house even though they didn’t need too.They were perfectionists in their work and the finish shows. Polite, friendly, on time.Exactly the sort of people you wanted in your house doing work.Genuinely thrilled at the outcome and would recommend them again.
