Super range of small animal domestic pet food and goods. Great prices.I think there is also horse stuff but I don't need that so never taken much notice of that!!I personally have a very small dog who can't eat normal sized food so I get my small dog food from here also her small harness.Well done and thank you to all the lovely staff.

The Only place I buy my dog's raw food and healthy treats. Great friendly service with helpful advice too.

Really great selection of goodies and knowledgeable staff who were able to advise best treats for our dogs of different ages and stages! Will be back many many times in the future I’m sure!

Took our dog there a few times , got lectures from one of the staff members every time unless he was brushed right before taking him in ( he does get brushed every day ) and a dreadful job done ! Shaved off his Eyelashes and brows ( hes a poodle cross ) and for the price they charge expected a job done by professionals. Dreadful experience

The store has a new layout to make room for more Iceland goods. Like most stores at the moment I thought the prices were higher. Biggest gripe is that they got rid of their coffee shop as there is a new Starbucks outside, but I avoid Starbucks on moral grounds so it is a shopping trip without a sit down and relaxing coffee.

Didn't but anything but wide variety of foods for pets.

Good selection of items at very reasonable prices.Visited in late August and they had autumn/ Halloween decor as well as Christmas available.They had a lot of good uni / home items from kitchen to bedding, home decorations to gardening.Staff were polite there was ample parking

Got my male cat neutered here and sent him with a blanket in which was my toddler sons, when we came to get him he was sent home with clearly another animals blanket different material and smelt of bad wet dog, only to discover my house cat who has never been around another animal or outside before and after this visit has a bad flea infestation!! Rang and reported it to the vets which they are telling me they use their own blankets but I know this isn’t true as I sent him with my sons blanket and he came back with clearly another animals one. I am now trying to treat a home with a toddler and a newborn on the way with not a bit of help or support offered from city vets. I have had to ring 3 times now to have my cats history sent to another vet and myself which they still have failed to do! Would advise anyone to avoid at all costs!!

I have contacted Murphy and Bailey to check on availability of sheep skin dog bed which was not in stock online. Lovely lady Judith has responded and kept me updated with the latest stock availability. As soon they had item in stock Judith has contacted me and placed order over the phone. The bed was dispatched the same date and arrived just few days after. The sheep skin dog bed is amazing quality and so snugly. Highly recommended. Well done to Murphy and Bailey for fantastic product and great customer service.

I agree with most of the reviews. It's not the best place to shop. The staff came across very rude - I am told they swear casually. Told a cashier to have a nice day and he said il try". Well... Working there he wouldn't even if he tried. Some things are cheaper than other markets but I would prefer any store over this. Not a welcoming environment"
