I met Robert when I asked for his help to try improve my mothers hearing. My mother suffers from dementia so this was not an easy task. Robert tackled this request with enthusiasm, professionalism and treated my mother with the upmost care and respect during this process. I second that Robert is interested in getting only the best outcome he can for the client. Sadly following a trial of equipment, it was decided that she would not benefit. Even so, Robert still took the time to clean, advise and improve the aid already in place. He is a real gentleman and offers true unbiased advise and a genuine no obligation opinion. I would highly recommend him.

I went for the first time today to the chesterfield hearing practice after months of not getting the correct treatment I needed through my doctors. I was seen by Kristin after the receptionist had done an amazing job to get me seen at such short notice. I have to say the practice was amazing and Kristin who treated my earring issue was brilliant. I could not recommend this practice highly enough and will be using them always moving forward. I’ve suffered for so long thinking doctors knew what they was doing when in fact seeing a specialist who knows exactly what is required is definitely the right way to go and worth every penny. My father was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, but Rachel put him instantly at ease, explaining the different options available & what was involved. After a comprehensive hearing test and listening to Rachel’s recommendations, he had a trial with our choice of hearing aids and were reassured by her that she would be there to offer any support, or to make any adjustments that were needed while getting used to them. Rachel has been caring and professional throughout the process and I’d definitely recommend her, and RJD, to anyone that’s considering getting hearing aids.

I contacted Robert after researching hearing clinics in my Mum's area. I was impressed by all the positive reviews. I live overseas and needed a plan that would fit our challenging circumstances. I knew hearing aids would be a hard sell for my elderly Mum, but felt the ability to hear better and have the opportunity to engage more fully in her now very limited environment would pay her dividends.Robert arranged a home visit when I was able to visit. He approached Mum in such a kind, respectful and easy manner she took to him right away and agreed to a trial. The improvement in Mum's affect and interest in her surroundings was immediate.There were a few challenges along the way but Robert and his team went above and beyond to accommodate these special needs and to communicate with me long distance. My Brother had an undetected ear blockage for 20years! Took him for examination and within one minute Nicola discovered he had severe blockage in his right. Extraction expected to take 5 to 10 minutes took about 45. Treatment was totally professional and comforting. Best money we have ever spent, hearing normal, life changing! Great service ! I visited the Cleckheaton practice in January with my mother in law who was experiencing some hearing problems. Having researched local firms, I felt it was important to attain unbiased advice and have the option of a free trial of a hearing aid. At our first appointment, Robert listened carefully to both of us and discussed at length the pros and cons of the aids available. Our follow up appointments with Rachel were easy to access. Rachel was very patient and understanding and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was polite, caring and professional. We would like to thank all the staff at the practice and would highly recommend them for their outstanding professional service.

I attended a hearing test at Knottingley, which Rachel explained the process. Rachel put me at ease with her pleasant manner. She explained the process without using 'jargon'. Rachel showed me the results, which were on her computer and then stated what the next steps would be. This wasn't a pushy sales person - it was up to me to decide.
