Kris explained the process exceptionally well, and was always responsive to my questions, and the HUGE plus was that through his efforts I saved over £3,500 on the price my landlord originally quoted me, and in my eyes you can’t get any better than that ! Me and my wife first met Ellie when she was showing us a property in folkestone. Upon meeting her she was very polite and courteous and seemed very happy which always makes it easier on the customers. When she took us inside the property she was very very thorough and gave us a very detailed viewing of the place and new alot about the property so we got a great understanding of the place because of her hard work, she also did not rush us which was lovely to be able to do so we could see everything. When we decided to go through with the property she was helpful every step of the was and I was calling alot, she was always contactable, and got back to us very quickly and was so helpful on the phone or via emails which made things run a lot smoother. I would just like to add that we have been through house moves before and never have we had somebody so helpful this was really nice.
