A nice place to behold. Starting with the training/induction session, the guarded tour, up to training on the job, everything was top notch. The members of staff are very cordial in their approach.

I'm Lorry driver and I would like to publish my satisfaction in serving Amazon, Great service at the reception with polite and attentive people. A very spacious parking lot with good maneuvering areas, well signposted and illuminated at night. The drivers' room is well organized, clean and with sanitized bathrooms. I would also like to thank you for thinking about the safety of drivers, making them feel free to stay in the cabins while they wait for long hours, so they can rest and make a safer trip for everyone.

Very nice working environment. Have a large carparking and canteen facilities onsite. Staffs and managers are also polite and responsive. Locker facility is also available for employees to keep their things securely.

Got tipped pretty quick gatehouse security could do with cheering up a little bit. Some of em got faces like a backend of a bus but overall amazon staff very pleasant

Amazon please leave, now. Lots of paid for reviews on here to counteract the negative ones. I live only a few minutes from this place and it has been damaging for our local area.And no doubt poor working conditions.

2 x breaks 30 min , one unpaid, 10 hours shift, good site for some people who like overtime, friendly staff, easy access to public transport, nearby A1, 10 min from Durham

Quick efficient goods in, was tipped within an hour and the drivers waiting room has a large wide screen tv, comfortable chairs, free tea coffee and soup vending and decent toilet facilities.
