The worst manager ever Pavel who s favorizing people and giving overtime to his wife when the company don t need.

Wish I could give them 0 for the poorest service in the world. They asked where to drop of the plants and then drop them somewhere completely different blocking the footpath. The delivery driver who arrive 6am went into the neighbour's property to take pictures of the plants which is so bizarre. When I contacted the company the woman was playing the blame game. Plus I 3 plants for £40+ and bought one taller plant for almost £65 and all 4 plants arrived the same exact size of a £40+ plant with most of the leaves going yellow and they are refusing to refund the difference of £15 for the 1 plant being smaller and instead threaten to collect all 4 plants. With service like this they can keep their lousy plants anyway**Updated response: Ive just returned from holiday to realise you still haven't picked up your plants as per my request almost 3 weeks ago but you continue to refuse to do so. Again please can you pick up your plants or refund my money

Just taken delivery of our olive tree. Amazing service, wonderful tree and extremely good value. A little part of Greece for our garden when we can't get out to our house in Greece at the moment. Highly recommend - thank you so much!

I recently ordered a shed/ log cabin, they had trouble with the delivery company but managed to solve the issue and kept me updated throughout. Also the shed is good quality and looks great. Highly recommended.

Bought lovely Erica plants from this firm but when the flowers appeared they were not the variety I ordered. Obviously labeled wrongly.After emailing Meredith's, didn't even receive an apology. So I would say, poor communication.

Ordered a pallet of 26 portugese laurel to put in a long container to provide more privacy. Before placing order, I thought I better telephone to speak with someone. They were very helpful over the phone and I placed the order there and then. I was able to pick a specific day for delivery and it arrived on a pallet well packaged in the afternoon. I ordered in early February and there were no issues with delivery for me. The plants are in good condition and hopefully they will grow well. Provides instant privacy.
