Cannot believe how appalling they treat disabled people. Been going there since it opened and never had an issue until now.Went to the fitting room to try something on, the guy stopped my partner from following me. I let him know that I need her to help. He told us absolutely not. I spent a good 20 minutes attempting to try one item on before I broke down in tears.Left the fitting room and tried to hand him my items and fittingroom tag, to which he barked what??".I've never left a shop so humiliated."

Cowboy Boot Store
After a speedy delivery I received my boots and am extremely happy with them. I was originally concerned about the fit of the boot on my wide foot and skinny ankle but they fit perfectly and look amazing too. I especially appreciate how detailed and user friendly the website was as I live too far from the store to just pop in. That being said, I hope to be able to visit the store in person in the not too distant future to start growing my cowboy boot collection!

Extremely unacceptable customer service. I called the day before to get an item on hold when they then said they can’t find it in the store. Then they made it my fault and made me look for it. After I found something they told me I can’t exchange. Then they stated making jokes in Spanish to eachother about my situation. Then they said as a resolution they’d give me a free bag. It’s disgusting customer service don’t come here to shop save ur time and patience.

This store has sold me a pair of trousers with a big label stuck right over a massive stain so I would have had no way of knowing it was there till I got home.Now I’ve contacted bershka who’ve said they can’t give me a return label for an item bought in store.So they’ve knowingly and intentionally sold me a defective product by covering up a stain with a label and now expect me to go on a 3 hour round drive to rectify their problem.Absolutely disgraceful service. It goes without saying that I will never purchase anything Bershka branded ever again.

Daughter wanted this outfit from there we went in and it was spaced out and clean. The staff on the tills where great despite being messed about by a customer wanting bits having no money and preceeding to be on his phone for about 10 mins before walking off just saying no... they handled it so well. The clothes are good quality and picked up a great bargain for my son on the sale rail. Worth a look around but careful as teenagers can spend alot in here.... haha.

Went here today for a cowboy hat and was very pleased with my visit. The ladies working there were very helpful with finding myself a hat that fit me. They were both very friendly and patient. The quality of the hat and the other products in the shop were very good. I would definitely recommend this shop.
