Had to get a quote to get a gas line connection to the house. Lewis was the point of contact and we could not get anyone more professional, kind and swift. He immediately had the answers to all our queries and broke everything down for us which made it very to understand and reassuring. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

When our water contract was due for renewal, I put out a request for quotations. Ann MacKenzie, Internal Sales Manager at the Ayr office was one of the first to respond to my request, and was kind enough to let me know that I'd missed a digit on one of the meters. (I have more than 1 meter).Once I received 10+ quotations I went through them and looked at (a) how well they responded to my request (b) how friendly they were in their reply and (c) how good a price they quoted.Castle Water (well Ann really) hit every criteria. Any questions I had were promptly answered, she filled in all the paperwork as much as she could, so all I had to do was get the Boss to sign it off.Ann made it a pain free process. We now have all our water meters with Castle Water and look forward to doing business with them over the period of our contract.(PS just as a guidance - their quotation was over £1k cheaper than we are paying just now)

Woke up and no clean water!Nobody informed anyone work is going to be carried out!

Aimera was very good but after joining clear business the company I try to move my business from I feel let down there was big difference between charges and you can't do much if you use less or not atall water you still have to pay some money

Ray and the team changed our lead pipes over in under 1 day. We are so pleased, they did a really neat job. The whole thing was really quick from quote to finished work. Absolutely recommend!

Great fast efficient service. Came out within a few hours of calling, absolutely lovely polite staff, cleaned my patio after they unblocked my drains. Thanks again guys.
