Water softening equipment supplier

After purchasing my new home I had been looking around for a while to purchase a water softener, drinking water and a Quooker tap however couldn’t find anyone who could provide all three products & services. I then came across Quality water systems who not only were amazing to speak to and really helpful but they were able to provide all three products and services. I spoke to Matt and his team at the beginning and throughout my installation journey also spoke to Susan and Mark who were super amazing and always took the time to explain everything to ensure that not only was I getting the right product and services but knew exactly how to use everything. It’s been over a year since I’ve had everything installed and Matt has just come back and kindly replaced the filter cartridges for my drinking water system. Not only did Matt change the cartridges but he even without me asking checked everything else just to make sure that the water softener and the Quooker tap was all perfectly fine. The service has been 10/10 from the minute I spoke to Matt to a year later when he came back to replace the cartridges and I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Quality water system.

Awesome company and staff. Very helpful, went above and beyond in fact to provide a solution do I can connect an in-line TDS meter to my first vessel that used with standard hozelock 3/4 in connectors.

Leo arrived early, which was actually very convenient. We discussed the problem I was having and decided in the end to replace our existing water softener. Leo installed the new one quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process he was always polite and very pleasant.

I had the water softener installed in October and they did a fantastic job, they also fixed a lot of the issues that had been left by the previous plumber which resulted in the old tap not being able to get changed. Paul and Jason did all of the fixing and allowed me to get the new tap at no extra cost to, Thanks.Excellent service would not hesitate to recommend them, the water Softner is still working nicely let’s hope it last a long time, they also offered excellent advice on which water Softner to purchase.

I have been very pleased with the helpful advice and suggestions given to me by Kevin especially, to ensure that my new ensuite bathroom was tailored to my needs. The showroom has a good range of items on display and the prices are good value. The service was very good including delivering items to suit my renovation schedule. Visited office when passing and though I was an unexpected visitor I was helped with all the information I needed. Arranged a home visit to ensure viability which was easy and again, everything explained. No pressure selling on either occasion. Arranged fitting which was done by George who was also very helpful and explained the operation. Would recommend.

After several false attempts with other firms I was delighted to be given quotations, book appointments which were met and completed by calm ,professional people.
