Water cooler supplier

Placed my first order with them online on 21st June. They were happy to take the money there and then, yet there was no indication of when to expect the delivery.I first contacted them about the delivery a week after placing the order thinking that’s enough time for a company that big to send out an email with the expected delivery date. I was informed my order was scheduled for a delivery on the 6th July (2 weeks for ONLY water delivery). This delivery never took place.Emailed the customer service on 8th July and am yet to receive a response to that.Called customer service on 13th July for an update. The only time I got lucky is the person who dealt with my query, got me a new delivery date and made sure my account manager was going to contact meAccount manager called me the day after to offer an apologise and place the full blame on the depot. Supposedly the depot weren’t sure if the water was the only thing to be delivered. … that’s what’s on the order right?!?!After much complaining and back to forth, account manager confirmed order will Be with me on 21st July and she was willing to refund money for 1 of the 3 bottles I ordered.It is now the 24th July. There’s still no delivery. I have emailed the account manager and requested a call back to solve this for once and for all and I’ve called customer service to get a call back from said account manager. Well, no surprises there, no water and no call back.She did very kindly via email let me know that she’s spoken with the depot who are apparently having technical difficulties and this is didn’t pick up my order.At this point, this isn’t really good enough. Yet she didn’t feel a courtesy call with a solution was necessary even at this point. She has previously said that my post code area only gets deliveries every 8 weeks. I’m guessing they fully expect me to sit tight for another 8 weeks and keep my fingers crossed that this time all the stars align and systems work, and nobody is on annual leave and they have lorry drivers who are actually capable of fulfilling the delivery.Stay well clear if you ever expect a deliver to actually arrive and don’t just want to waste money that they have no problem or collecting!

Terrible company. Had a unit for 4 years with them and they are still chasing me for more money even though I asked them to take the machine away and paid all bills up to that date. They are demanding another years payment! Extortion.

I have had a few deliveries now. They deliver quickly - much faster than my old supplier and get back to me fast if I have any queries.Recommended!

Nu Vending provides a first class service. The machines offer a wide variety of drinks and snacks, which means that the team is happy. Particularly impressed with the coffee machine, which makes a great cappuccino. The customer service from Nu Vending is always excellent which makes it a joy to work with them.

Absolutely thrilled with the service that we received from Adam. Such competitive prices and the service was exceptional. Adam was always helpful and accommodating, and he delivered the chilled trailer for our daughter's wedding as promised, and the trailer was immaculate. He was a pleasure to deal with and we will be highly recommending him to everyone. We would not hesitate to use him again. We also had the pleasure of meeting his two lovely daughters on delivery, who were also so friendly. Thankyou again Adam.

A credit to their industry, very happy client! ABC were fantastic. Kevin, his team, inc. Pauline in the office, are knowledgeable, hard working & great people to have on site. I'd like to flag their can do, solution led attitude. On a major renovation there are always challenges, Kevin & his team worked diligently with my builder to ensure they could route pipework in such a way that it was hidden from sight, extra work but Kevin insisted on doing it 'right'.
