Fantastic service! I wanted a manual defrost fridge freezer with very specific dimensions to fit into existing space. Andy researched and came up with exactly that at a very competitive price. Delivery guys were great. Well done. Good to shop local.

What a fantastic place! Was visiting my mother in law and as she was making us lunch her oven element broke. A quick call to Clevedon Domestics and spoke to very helpful lady who said they didn’t have the part listed in stock but they’d probably have something that would be the same. Visited the shop and they did indeed have something suitable when they checked with the element I’d removed from the oven. Yes it might have been a couple £s more than you could get online but having that level of service and experience so local is worth every penny. I hope that this company is around for many more years to come as high streets need shops like this. Thanks so much.

Called in the morning, arrived the next day. Saw the problem, took the washing machine , repaired and returned in three days. Respectful plumbers, estimate was competitive, no mess, no fuss , just a job well done. Highly recommended company

Bought most of our electrical items from here from kettles to washing machines, oven, tumble dryer, tv, vacuum and never had a problem with any of them. Staff are very helpful especially rose lovely lady patience of a saint. We won't go anywhere else, now looking for a tv for parents.

Rang Colin on Saturday morning about 11.30. He was taking my machine apart by 12.00! Unfortunately it was beyond fixing, but Colin didn't charge a fortune to take it apart and put it back together again. In fact, I think he undercharges. Will definitely call him again if needed in the future, or recommend.

I generally try not to moan but this has been a shambles from start to finish.2/11- found a fridge we liked on the website and saw it said delivery from tomorrow. We wanted to view it in the show room before buying. It was a 40min drive so rang up first to check it was actually available to see. After a phone call the lady kindly went to check and confirmed yes it’s here. Brill! Get to the shop and it’s not there. Obviously a bit disappointing but things happen, clearly been a mix up. Adrian helped us view similar fridges and other fridges by the brand we were interested in. He then suggested we buy the fridge now to get the delivery clock ticking. We asked when it would be available and he said 5-7 days. We confirmed that we’d seen from tomorrow on the website so he rang another department and he confirmed they had it in stock and so should be with us shortly. Sorted. Paid up.My partner rang in Tuesday and asked if there was any update on the delivery day and they person on the end of the phone was very rude and said it says 5-7 days so not before then and that was it.By the following Thursday (a week after buying the fridge) we hadn’t heard anything from them at all. We had also noticed in this time they had removed the “from tomorrow” delivery message on their website. When I rang that afternoon I was greeted with a number of explanations as to why we don’t have our fridge yet, one being a cyber attack. I said I appreciate that it sounds like an unfortunate situation has occurred however they could’ve still rung us to let us know and the response was we were just about to ring you. I then asked when can we expect our fridge and she said if we can come and pick it up we could get it by Monday (I have a small car so no) but maybe Tuesday. She said she’d put a note on my account and they’ll keep us updated. My partner received a call from them at 4.30pm on Monday evening to say it probably won’t be Tuesday for delivery but maybe Wednesday and they’ll let us know. Heard nothing on Tuesday and then on Wednesday morning at about 8am I get a text message from a random number to say they are delivering our fridge between 12-2. Thankfully I work at home and was able to move meetings around to make it work but a few hours notice is really not good enough.Finally the delivery people arrive and try and walk off after carrying the box in and not unpack it (it’s not loads but we’d paid extra for them to take away the packaging). They’ve left a bit of the packaging but at this point just glad the fridge is in our house!The whole experience has been infuriating and very disappointing to say the least. We have a whole kitchen to kit out but we won’t be going back there any time soon. Hopefully the fridge works better than their company!

Initially we had problems with our 8 year old whirlpool dishwasher... knowing our local electrical supplier and trouble shooter Glen " would give us a prompt diagnosis... is always the service anyone would need.The part required wasn't worth the repair... so we ordered and had fitted a brand new Bosch dishwasher at a competitive price.An integral dishwasher was expertly fitted... Old dishwasher removed....and taken away along with all the packaging.. excellent personal service as usual...we wouldn't use anyone else... Everyone needs a Glen !Thank you."

Just installed a washing machine for my mum - delivery men were excellent and most helpful. Used them time again for large and small items. Service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I would like to rate your Service Team David 10/10. David & Glen came to the house yesterday to relocate my Home Cinema from downstairs. He was very thorough, was very precise in what he does , he did not rush and made sure I understood how to operate the machine on all areas to be able to enjoy watching TV at its optimum performance.
