We used Prince Visa to arrange a large group of visas, at short notice; they were helpful and responsive through-out the entire process. Best to ever do it

I don’t travel much, so this was the first time I used a travel agents. We picked Travel Style based on its online reviews, and let me tell you the reviews online are an absolute reflection of how great this travel agents is.It was my first time going to India, there were a lot of unknowns on my behalf, Neerav one of the agents, is an absolute God send. He got us the exact flight we wanted within the budget we had and after flying, can say we had no issues and the flight was brilliant both ways and we feel we got a great deal. Neerav is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced at what he does and provides great advise.He helped and advised on money matters, and how much money we would need when we were out there. He advised us on a SIM card for when we were out there, again everything was exactly as he said and we feel privileged that we were lucky enough to use his services.We also used Travel Styles e-Visa service, it is so easy and totally worth it as you get no headache and receive your visa in a couple of days.I would strongly recommend Travel Style to anyone when planning you next holiday, no matter where you live it will be well worth the travel as you won’t be disappointed and will feel your getting a great deal!

Cannot really fault the staff, arrived for 8:30 and it’s like a cattle market. It’s everyone for themselves so be prepared to have people pushing their way in. I came for my biometrics appointment for a Canadian visa. Make sure all documents are printed like the invitation letter, biometrics appointment letter, etc before you go as you won’t be allowed in for your appointment and will be told to print and come back. The staff try their best to do their job so I felt a bit sorry for them. Just be prepared! It’s very busy! Once I was give a ticket number I was in and out within 10 mins.

I took the 11:59am train from Crawley to East Croydon. Then walked from the East Croydon station to Croydon SSC, which was a 6 minutes walk. I was there on Wednesday 10th of November. I had a biometrics appointment at 1:15pm and arrived at 12:50pm. I approached the security officer and was informed to return 5 minutes before my appointment. There were quite a few people waiting and people gathered all around the front of the building. I had my partner's Mum with me who is a pensioner and she struggled a bit with walking. However there we found a flat brick wall where she could sit down. However infront of the build there were wide open empty spaces where they could have easily placed multiple benches so that people could sit down. I approached the building at 1:10pm and the security officer checked his list then directed me to the receptionist who asked questions about covid-19 then informed me that I would be heading to the 3rd floor. Then shortly moved to their security check. After I passed security I was directed to the stairs, even though the lift was right there I had to use the stairs. It took me a minute and a half to get to the third floor and I had to catch my breath and shortly after I had waited to be called. I was called 30seconds within entering the 3rd floor the man at the counter asked for my passport and filled out a form. I wasn't asked for the appointment document or anything else. Once he was done he handed me my passport, the form he filled out with a number ticket in a clear plastic envelope. I was told to sit and wait in a red chair.I sat down for about five minutes and then my number was called. A woman had asked for my passport and she asked some questions she went over some things and had me read a piece of paper that explained the appointment and what will happen. She even mentioned that before covid-19 they would make people stay for hours, however because of COVId-19 the appointment have been shortened. After that I was told to sit down and I'd be called for my biometrics and photo to be done. I waited for about 20 minutes. Once I was called it took less than 10 minutes to get my biometrics and photo done. Then I was out at 2:11pm. The people who work there are nice and pleasant, however I found that the people who had appointments had difficulty speaking English, were a bit sketchy, rude, arrogant, angry, and some even seemed as if they were entitled. The building was clean and temperature was comfortable. There were plenty of comfortable seats inside. They also had a cafe and public toilets which were clean. There is a lift for disabled guests and people with prams.

Needed support with a visa application question but no answer on the phone (at London or Berlin) email responses ignored my question and sent stock replies for multiple days in a row. In the end we decided to chance it and send off our passports and documents anyway. We received ZERO communication about whether passports had been received or if our paperwork was correct and so had to play the waiting game and hope for the best that our applications were accepted by KVAC. We did receive our visa in a timely manner and passports returned to us within the two week suggested period but a payment receipt was not included so now I have to attempt to communicate with them again in order to receive this. Terrible service. And why are we still posting off our passports in this day and age? Especially when the visa is digital!!
