Absolutely world class professionalism , communication and after care .I was lucky enough to have my procedure done with Dr Ananth Krishnan and Nurse Elizabeth Jellyman .I was truly looked after before, during and after the procedure and Dr Krishnan is unbelievably slick and talented and the whole process was rather pleasant and stress free.Wish the wonderful team all the best and would absolutely recommend them .

I had let one of my legs get into a very poor state - bulging veins, swollen tissue nd damaged skin. Mr Dimitri gave me a thorough assessment with options and risks explained so that I was able to make an informed decision about what to do. Treatment was quickly arranged and I felt no discomfort during an extensive operation. My leg has healed up swiftly and looks and feels totally different. I'm extremely pleased! Mr Dimitri and Nurse Carys were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the skill with which I have been treated is fantastic. A definite recommendation for Vein Solutions!

I had varicose veins treated on on leg and am very happy with the results. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain what would happen etc. The procedure itself was done very professionally and I received lots of advice about aftercare. Great service and would happily use them again.

I can not put into words how amazing the whole team is here in Bristol. I had my first consultation with Chantelle who took me through the procedure details and what I could expect to pay. This was followed up by an appointment with my surgeon Mr Ahmed who gave me a physical examination and then gave me ALL options available to achieve what I wanted. I cant stress enough how many surgeons will only tell you what they want to do and dont give you a full picture. Here it isn't sugar coated, no false promises or ideas of results you just can not achieve! Mr Ahmed gave me diagrams, options and a realistic outcome if I decided to go through with the operation. You are then given everything to take away and given time to think through everything before making any financial deposit/commitment. No hard sale, no pushing you into anything intact the reverse they want you fully committed with no pressure. Fantastic approach!!!!I wanted to go ahead and then I had a choice of dates they could carry out my surgery. Once booked in I had to have bloods taken and as a needle phobic I knew this wouldn't be pretty so I have to offer the biggest thank you to the nurses that did this for me - amazing just absolutely fantastic, patient, kind and gentle really good at keeping me calm and not feel like a freak when I got panicked. Because of my phobia it was arranged to have my operation with extra nursing staff to care for me at no extra cost.The operation was amazing - the staff were able to put me at ease and made me feel like I had gone in for more of a treatment than a major operation. Aftercare was second to none and I had two nurses with me all night long. Could not fault any of it, my pain levels were managed so well and the food in hospital was divine!Aftercare has been out of this world, I had a fall after my operation and caused an internal bleed which A&E offered to drain however my surgeon wanted to ensure I was looked after so it was arranged to go back in and see The Private clinic for a further procedure again at no extra charge. I had my surgeon, anithetist, two theatre nurses and an aftercare nurse all to myself all morning at no charge fixing something I had done to myself! FOC I dont know anywhere else that would do that??Having stitches out, ordering free binders, bras, garments has been no problem, calling up to ask questions they have been so helpful. The nurses each called me to check on me.I have to say a massive thank you to Katie, Brenda and Selina who have just made the whole experience so wonderful! I consulted Southwest Veins because I had pain in the veins in one leg Jamie assured me that after treatment the pain would stop. I saw Pall Moxey after the NHS was unable to diagnosis my problem. After using ultrasound he found a blood clot in my groin, which the NHS have missed in their examination, with added complications of ulcers on my leg.After his examination Mr Moxey explained in detail his findings and was able to treat me swiftly, without hassle and I was pleased with the outcome.I found Mr Moxey pleasant and easy to talk to, he explained my condition and treatment in detail and I felt reassured by him and safe in his hands, I am very grateful to him and would highly recommend him as a surgeon.

Fantastic team with amazing results.After two decades of hiding my legs and swollen ankles, which is not always easy on hot days, I decided to do something about it.I visited Dr Ananth Krishnan and his team at The Vein Centre Stoke in March and had laser ablation to treat ugly varicose veins on both legs. I had been a little apprehensive that it might hurt a lot. I needn’t have worried. Dr Krishnan and his team put me at ease straight away. Their bedside manner second to none.I returned last week for the foam sclerotherapy. I’ve taken the pressure stockings off this morning and am thrilled with the results. The ugly bobbly, blue veins that have caused discomfort and embarrassment for so long are gone, and my ankles are much smaller.My advice, if you have varicose veins and you’re suffering embarrassment or discomfort, go and see the team at Vein Centre Stoke.

Dr Newmans Clinic have been fantastic. After the first treatment I still had some issues, but the aftercare team arranged for a 2nd treatment and the difference was unbelievable.I've already recommended them to my friends and can recommend them highly enough.
