Van rental agency

Great experience. The car provided was above expectations and the client service was top-notch. Big shout out to Josh (hopefully I remembered his name correctly). He was a new member of staff and was really excellent when we returned the car to Oswald Street on 4 September 23.

The worst van rental branch ever worked with. They promised me that my booking is going to be honoured until late in the evening when the only thing that they could say was sorry but we don't have a van for you". That was costly for me and my business.I would recommend to stay away from them and use other companies.Unfortunately I am forced to select 1 star but they would deserve 0."

Poor service, lies upon lies had more than one issue since we brought it and the bodge job on what we have found is shocking!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

A company with heart, great customer service and a can do and accommodating attitude. I had an unusual request for a friend so was unable to give the usual level of detail, and called Saturday for a job that coming Monday. The number got me straight to a very friendly gentleman that was willing to go out of his way to do what was needed. It was refreshing to call and speak directly to someone knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, without waiting on hold for a call centre rep that would have struggled with my out of the box request and timescales. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I’ve hired a van a few times from M&S truck rental and both times they couldn’t have been any more helpful. I needed a van on the same day as I had been let down by a supplier. The prices are good, the vans are clean and Immaculate and the staff are great. I wouldn’t even think of going any where else for van hire. Fantastic company. Thanks again gents.

Booked weeks in advance for 9.30am. Was told at 9.15am that no chance of arrival before 12pm. Not helpful at such short notice, had to hire a van to move my things.Had used Carlos about three years ago, i recall he was 2 hours late then, but I naively gave him another chance. Never again!

We have moved several times over the last few years and always use Brittania Beckwith. The service they provide is so professional and it gives me real peace of mind to know that they won't let you down and will ensure that the move goes smoothly. I have already rented several times from other branches of Enterprise, but this one I do not recommend.Car not very clean, low fuel level, service brakes signal…I booked an automatic and they gave me a manual transmission.They gave me the excuse that I had a foreign phone number which prevented them from calling me.They could have contacted me by email! suggests that I wait a few hours later if by chance an automatic vehicle becomes free in another branch, but without certainty!No response to my email for my automatic/manual vehicle price difference refund request. Just received an automatic notification for the refund of the Potential Additional charges > Disastrous customer care. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for their apologies… They told : « We will refund the difference… » >> nothing!!!After 6 weeks, I'm patient but don't laugh at me!! I'm still waiting for my refund for the difference in the vehicle's gearbox and a commercial gesture! I'm not renting from Enterprise again until I get my money back, last week I had to rent a truck, I had two companies and a choice of which was Enterprise, of course I chose the other…

I was given a car with a puncture, called a liar by staff who constantly referred to there being ‘a nail in the tyre’ despite me never saying this. Complained and area manager resolved with ‘special code’ which I gave to tyre replacement company so I didn’t get charged. Now got email asking for over £300. Total crooks. Tyre was bald when collected an no nail in tyre when replaced.

Mark & Richard have done a number of removal jobs for me. None of them easy but each time they have done a fabulous job - arrive on time, fast, trouble free and a truly great 'can do' attitude.Before employing them I spoke to a number of removal companies and was overwhelmed by all their rules and regulations. Everything was to their convenience - but not with Stuart Darling, nothing is too much trouble.
