I contacted Dan Butler as I was required to get planning permission to extend my gardent patio and build some retaining walls with change of grass to Astroturf because there is no permitted development where I live.Dan came out the next day to measure up and get a full understanding of my requirements. Later that day he sent me a copy to get approval and the following day my application was submitted.The Council had a few more enquiries and dealt direct with Dan who responded promptly with them.As promised after 10 weeks my permission was granted.Dan took all the stress and strain out of the process for me and made it seem so simple. I just could not recommend his services highly enough and would have no hesitation to use him on a future project or recommend him to friends and family

NTB Survey provide earthworks measurement services to an extremely high standard, often requiring them to interpret challenging design information in order to produce accurate and reliable results, without fail. These are my go-to specialist for this type of service.

We would highly recommend Michael. We are midway through our build - bathroom extension, attic conversion and kitchen work and he has been excellent throughout. He's reliable, direct and informative. Lucky to have him in the area.

A big thank you to Will and the team for a marathon planning application (actually two, onenof which went to appeal, due to a particularly awkward LA) but eventually after over three years we achieved a successful conclusion. WEA stuck with it throughout and worked hard to ensure that even though the whole process bad become tiresome, we wouldn't lose hope and simply give up. Hopefully we will soon be able to enjoy the fruits of this long labour!

Julian Owen Associates helped us at every stage, from planning and design through to final completion, including fulfilling the Contract Administrator role, to produce a first class sports hall facility at our school. They fully understood our requirements, and worked with us and listened to us, as we went through the project together - a very pleasing result.

What can I say...Benchmark have been outstanding. From the initial meetings where they sought to truly understand how we wanted to use our space, through the various design iterations based on planning restrictions, and finally being at the end of a phone line to answer specific structural questions during the build and even popping by every now and then to say hello and check on how we were getting on.
