An Utterly disgusting school, paid ofsted a fiver to get outstanding, food tastes like dolans bald head, cant afford to pay for the heating and call themselves an advanced engineering school, respect for Conrad Tetley though, an amazing teacher that had an unfortunate end.

I can't recommend Northcoders highly enough - they are fantastic! I went from code newbie to Software Engineer in the space of a few months, having a lot of fun along the way. The community they have created is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.

My son is in Year 11 and I cannot speak too highly of this place from the facilities themselves to the caring staff ; this is a place that makes kids WANT to learn. . I feel very grateful that the UTC exists and will be giving him a strong head start in the post COVID jobs market. I He has been transformed from a blazer and tie wearing schoolboy scared of putting a foot wrong and hating half his subjects at his old school to a confident and self motivated young man. The travel seemed daunting at first but it doesn't bother him at all - he s home most days in the north of Leeds by 4 pm. If your child is on an academic STEM pathway but want practical experience at the same time you won't regret choosing the UTC

Awful company. Avoid wasting your money. I had a horrible experience going here, so much bullying.

Amazing college for young people interested in STEM, amazing staff and fantastic facilities as well.

Amazing support team but when it comes to exams they ask for phone numbers and then send out a full survey to everyone with everyone in year 11s numbers on it?

My daughter moved to UTC at the beginning of year 10. The teaching and support staff there are excellent. In her old school no one knew the kids or seemed to care, but here they know the kids and treat them on a more adult level . I have seen my daughters confidence and enthusiasm come on in leaps and bounds. She sings the praises of the teachers especially Mrs Wright & Mr Berry. She has been encouraged with the feedback and praise she gets and now she actually looks forward to going to school. From the Principal down the staff are always happy to talk to parents and immediately sort out any issues. Highly recommended.

Awful school, play god with the students, rude people.

Horrendously unorganized.Most of the staff think they run the whole school and treat students like rubbish. For an alleged college, I would definitely expect the students to be tret like adult, however this is far from the reality. Teachers are inconsistent as the management is so bad, that all the teachers they employ have left within a week or so. Grades are terrible and several students were told that they would be placed in isolation for several days if they did not give a 5 star review...A teacher in particular, Oliver Winterbottom, definitely is a culprit of abusing his power over student. Intimidating and patronising the students without any respect, man deserves to be on the streets.DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS SCHOOL!YOU WILL REGRET IT IN EVERY WAY, NO MATTER HOW BAD YOUR CURRENT SCHOOL IS!

Quite poor teaching and really don’t understand why you have to dress up smart in suits if it’s a ‘engineering’ college, big lack of actual engineering work even though the college is supposed to be specialised in it.
