Fantastic! I’ve now been buying coffee beans from the house of coffee for around 6 months. This being the first review I have ever written, it’s safe to say I am highly impressed by the product and customer service received by this wonderful company.I placed my latest order 5 days ago to arrive 2nd class a couple of days later. After not receiving my order the day after it was due, which was the first time I had experienced this, I contacted the house of coffee to query my purchase. I was greeted with a very helpful and apologetic member of staff who told me ‘Mr Kenyon, if your order hasn’t arrived tomorrow we will ship you another first class with some additional beans free of charge’. Great. A couple of days went by and I still hadn’t received my fix of this superb product, which others on the market I find very hard to compare. Getting in touch with the shop again, true to their word, they promised a delivery would be made again first class free of charge. The following day, a Saturday afternoon, a man pulled up on a motorbike with my delivery. It was a member of staff from the house of coffee who had specially delivered my order as no first class was available.Such great customer service and brilliant coffee. Highly recommend.

Ordered some tea yesterday at the end of the working day and it arrived this morning. Astonishingly good service.

Friendly advice and great coffee, just the right distance from Cambridge so I feel I earned a cup after I cycled there and back.

As an Englishman and an avid tea drinker, I don't like this at all. Tried original and cardomom and find both to be just barely drinkable. I love chai tea from various coffee shops but this tastes nothing like that. I believe it to be more authentic, but is too alien to the palette to be very enjoyable. Closest thing I can compare it to is the Taiwanese milk tea drinks sold in Asian supermarkets, which I find to be superior tasting.

I was given two loose leaf teas for Christmas - both are very high quality, taste great and were attractively packaged. I will definitely be trying some more teas from this company.

I've just been to visit It's Tea for the first time and I'm so glad I did! I don't know very much about tea but I wanted to try something new and I felt very welcome was given lots helpful tips and recommendations. Thank you for all your advice, I'm just about to try the Strawberry & Rose Black Tea and I'm sure I'll be back for more soon :)
