Given the accent I can only assume the guy that answers the phone is Asian. Absolutely no manners pretends like he can't hear you and then purposely hangs up, did this on multiple occasions. Wouldn't have him cleaning my toilet let alone answering the phones to customers.

If we want in the morning taxi to schools,we needed to do complaint for dispatcher ,because I talking every day with drivers from central cars and this when say dispatching's 30,40 mins,is dispatching's fold.

Having used hove executive cars on many occasions for business meetings with VIP clients and also my own personal airport transfers and also weddings (including my own) I can honestly say I have never met a more professional, reliable company.Steve Welburn is a true gent who cannot do enough for you , from drinks/up to date magazines and mints/snacks in the back of the car to opening and closing the doors for you you really do feel like a celebrity. What's better is the price is really competitive and I would always use hove executive cars instead of any normal taxi company as you really can't beat the luxury cars for the affordable price.

Absolutely terrible service. Asked for a taxi for 6pm for my pregnant sister and she has to walk 2 miles because the taxi didn't show up. If you use this service ask them if they are actually going to show up. They are joke.

I have used Hove Executive Cars for personal and business travel. Very professional and friendly and always does his best to accommodate even my last minute dates for travel! Always arrives early and we have a smooth run with great knowledge on which routes are best to take. Would highly recommend!!

An absolute rip off…get an Uber taxi. I was charged £25 for a £15 trip. They start their counter at £4.50, and they are not very friendly. Search on google for a local taxi or download the Uber app and book through them.
