Was smooth for me, no line.Location is right after you pass the security checkup. Need to navigate a bit of a maze of corridors to get there.Officer checks the paperwork and directs you to money service just outside to complete the transaction.You’ll fill in extra address and sign in 2 places.

I'm not sure whether HMRC want to help or not. Just waited over an hour to speak to some African woman called Victoria who was rude, shouting and very unhelpful and then put the phone down. What a disgrace!

Could not be more useless if they tried. This is the quality of service you get when there is no necessity to try. When your sales tactic is brute force, you don't have to sell yourself with efficiency. And they embrace that philosophy completely.

Jeżeli wogole nie znasz się na rachunkowosci w uk to odpusc sobie to miejsce. Brak jakichkolwiek fachowych porad, absolutne minimum za co płacisz a w moim przypadku przy głupim wznowieniu UTR pani popełniła 2 bledy... bledy które mogly kosztować kupę kasy gdybym nie znal angielskiego.. jak dla mnie żenada.. mieszkam w uk juz długo ale w rachunkowość wogole się nie zagłębiam i jeżeli komuś za coś place to chciałbym mieć to zrobione przynajmniej dobrze... NIE POLECAM

Awful service , won't answer after I have made complaints several times for paying to much tax, I work in telesales and this is one of the worst customer service levels I have ever experienced. Deserve to be named and shamed for this 1hr wait time today , and every other time called at least 30 min for a advisor not to solve the problem , 4 months later and still haven't resolved my issue .

Kept me on hold for an 50 mins each, 3 times. Nice use of a day off. Twice they asked me to hold and then disconnected. Third time at least the lady was nice, efficient & helpful.Overall - 0.0005 stars.

To be fair it is NOT customs because there are no customs at Coventry. It is Parcelforce who hold your parcel, if it's over £15 (including shipping) you will be charged 20% VAT AND £12 Fee by PARCELFORCE!!!! You can only release your parcel when it later reaches your local depot and ONLY THEN can you pay to release your item!!! Takes about 14 days all in which is an Utter disgrace by PARCELFORCE NOT HMRC. The sting is Parcelforce charging you a fee as well, in my case it is DOUBLE the VAT. Thieving gits!!!!
