I can not recommend the team at Jones Associates enough. Kerry was a dream to deal with and helped me organise an urgent RICS valuation of my property within 24 hours of me making the call. What's more - it is clear the whole team is a well oiled machine, as I explained to Kerry that the survey was urgent, and it took less than 24 hours after the survey was done for me to get my report. Dodgy Company - anybody thinking of using this company should be warned - stay well clear and use a more reputable companynot giving you another call due to the verbal backlash I received last time i called to try and discuss a problem - accurate review left - move on plenty of other companies that provide a better service
