Summer toboggan run

Massive thanks to all staff and their effort for the kids camp during the holidays at Christmas 2022.A little extra thank you to Bree, Curtis and Joe who were directly involved with our daughters aged 9 and 6, very attentive throughout bringing them back up to speed when skiing. They are both looking forwards to the next camp when they visit for the day!

Went here for my wedding reception on 29th April 23. We had an amazing time and the staff were all so lovely. Big thanks to Darlene and Claire for helping it run so smoothly. Will definitely need to return so my wife can enjoy the activities better without being in her dress. Everyone had the best time and the staff were understanding with guestsThank you for making it a special day

Excellent for my grandsons 7th birthday party, the actual place could do with a revamp though.

Very nice place to spend a day with kids. Great sport activities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to use all sport equipment and kids can run around by them selfs while they enjoy the activity. The activities are outside so in sunny day is very great place but maybe in rainy day its not the best place. Definitely the kids will have a fun day out tubing and tobogganing.

We saw this place on our way to Cornwall and we had a fantastic time on the toboggan and tubing. No ques and the staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for a quick frill

Just had an amazing experience here with my wife. We did the tobogganing, sno tube and drop, and it was exhilarating. The staff were also so friendly and helpful- at one point, I felt a little ill because of the hot weather, and the staff were brilliant at making me feel better and able to do everything else. Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back - strongly recommend this place for families!

Great holiday activity camps £40 for two ski or snowboard lessons, lunch, toboggans, snow tubes and their 'Viper drop'.

Very expensive. We paid £40 and got one ride on the tobaggan in an hour and a half odd long visit. 40 mins wait for a 90 second ride . We Called it quits as time slot booking appeared to have collapsed into a free for all. Understaffed perhaps and Queue jumping seemed apparent. Staff trying hard but not organised, undertrained - one in restaurant didn’t know how to make a Mocha. Staff on the toboggan was ready for a break and still had 5 hours to go. Nice lad. Whole facility felt run down and ramshackled. Toilets were unpleasant. My son didn’t want to go when he visited them.Overall very disappointed. Wasted time and money on this visit.

My daughter (age 11) and I had a great couple of hours this morning in the sunshine. We had a go at the snow-tube, toboggan and the drop in the company of our very friendly and experienced instructor. We will definitely return with the rest of the family - thank you!

Can not recommend this place enough for an afternoon out, the whole of the team were lovely ! Alana at the kiosk and Kerry on the zipwires are brilliant and just lovely!Definitely would go back here!
