I went to Area 52 to have a look at a potential engine knocking noise and they couldn't have been more helpful - especially Cheryl! They had a good look at the car and were able to give a full explanation as to the noise - turned out to be piston slap. It was nice that they were honest rather than just trying to get some extra work from me. Ed had brilliant knowledge and definitely knew his Impreza engines. I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I'd been looking for a nice used ML250 for months without success. The ML I purchased from this garage is excellent and also backed up with a decent warranty. The whole experience dealing with this garage has been spot on from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thanks Don.Martin

Amazing experience with this garage. I wasn’t able to get to the garage to drop off my car so Luke said it wasn’t a problem and he sent John to collect it. When finished Luke called to let me know my Citroen C3 had passed its MOT and Damian was on his way back to me to return my car.Great service and very reasonable cost.Highly recommend West Heath Garage and all their lovely staff!

I've been going to Monza for 17 years now, and the service has always been superb. Service costs are particularly competitive and even better due to Monza special rates if you have an older Alfa. We all know that Alfas are great drivers cars but they do go wrong occasionally. However, after two GTVs and now a Brera, Keith and his team of experts have always managed to spot the problem and get it fixed promptly. And if you want a drive in the latest Alfa model just give Bryn a call!

I saw a car online but being 6 hours away and restrictions still in place I was not sure if it was practical.I spoke with Gabriella who was incredibly helpful, answered all my queries and even provided some extra photos I asked for.The car was very fairly priced and Gabriella was able to get me a competitive price for the car to be transported nearer to me so I could collect.With the 12 month AA Warranty it gave me the confidence to buy the car.I collected the car yesterday and I am thrilled with it, the car is as expected.I would definitely recommend buying a car from t.i.m even with the current restrictions they were able to adapt and provide a great service.
