We were let down by another local firm and Hamid from SEC came to the rescue, he came out the same day we called and took measurements for our wall removal, and delivered our calculations a full 24 hours ahead of our agreed timeframe. Very poor communication, original plans complete metal frame for a 3 meter infill extension with a 2m square lantern!!!!.Had to ask if he had heard of c24 timber!!!!!Tried to contact when started extension because of building control issues. No reply.Don't bother with this firm!!!!
