Had an IPhone 7 that would not turn on or charge. Before this it previously would not hold charge and would drop from 100% to 0% in no time. Took it into the shop and was told there were two possible issues. Left it with them to check and they called within 2 hours to confirm it was the the chip in the phone not taking charge. They agreed to fix same day for me. Collected it about 3/4 hours after dropping off and it has been excellently fixed. Phone now charges and holds charge like a new phone. They charged it in the shop and now 24 hours later it is still about 70% charged. Could not recommend them more. Any future issues with phones or anything technical will be returning. Thanks a bunch!

Extremely helpful when my TV stopped working; identified it was the remote over the phone and then let me know I was better off buying a new one myself. This was just as I was about to buy a new TV.Very friendly, definitely recommend .

Amazing service - I bought a Pioneer XDJ with them and they were superb. There was an issue with the card I used not offering 3D secuirty (I never knew either!) and they called me to say they'd hold the delivery in my name so I could use an alternative card - I was worried someone would nab the kit in betweeen as I was at the gym when they called, but I was reassured they would hold it for me till payment was sorted. Delivered on time as well. Definitely recommend.

Very unimpressed with the quality of repair.I sent back my headphones for new pads to be fitted. One week later the right side of the headphones is coming away. Clearly not enough glue used, and I've had to reglue them myself. Poor quality workmanship

The screen on my Ford Transit Sync unit had gone dead (out of warranty of course) and Ford wanted £1200 plus vat to replace the unit. After a little Google searching I found Sami at Nova Car Tech. I posted the unit to them on a Tuesday, and it was returned working (with a new display screen I think) on the Saturday morning. The cost? £250.00. I was updated at all stages of the process, Unit had arrived safely, Unit was repaired, payment had been safely received, Unit was posted.Flawless service at one fifth the price of Ford!
