Steamed bun shop

The loveliest little cafe tucked away in Catford. I really love the cakes i’ve had the carrot cake, the pecan pie and the pumpkin cake. All of the cakes here are vegetarian and made by a local baker. The tea is absolutely amazing and brewed in such a unique technique, the only place i’ve ever seen to do it this way. I particularly loved the Dracula’s delight tea and the strawberry rose tea. Couldn't recommend this place more. They also do really nice bubble tea. I also love that this isn’t just a cafe but a hub for music and art lovers, there’s always an event going on, this is a must go place!

Had the most fun time speaking to the owner and sipping on a variety of teas. I would recommend to anyone from Catford and BEYOND to try it out. Tried out the strawberry and rose tea and then the cherry Matte. The coffee was extraordinarily made, I enjoyed watching the process and would come here again just to watch it again. This is on top of the fantastic music sessions that are put on throughout the week.

Used to be really good but have gone downhill.Ordered a sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice via Uber eats once before and it was amazing! I ordered it again today and it was mostly rice! The chicken that was in there is no longer big battered chunks but thin slivers and strips, no vegetables and 2 pieces of pineapple that look like they’ve come straight out of the can. The thick red sauce is now very light in colour.Tasted alright but definitely disappointed in the changes.

Well, not sure why there’s a bad review on here! This place is phenomenal. Such good value for the tastiest takeaway in the area. Plenty of genuinely delicious veggie options (the tofu is so light and fluffy), and the duck is always perfectly cooked. I bring up this Chinese place whenever getting takeout is mentioned. 10/10 :)

I discovered this place during Catford Art Trail. It's a great place with a nice atmosphere, and the owner is adorable. Then I decided to turn up on a Saturday around 6pm as Google Maps says they close at 7pm on Saturdays. (their Facebook says they close at 8pm).But I was quite disappointed as it was closed, with no explanation :(It would be great if you put out the right opening times on both websites!

Waste of time and money, used what I could only describe as dolmio sauce for special noodle paprika in the vermicelli, gooey and looked like dog food.Dim sum was obviously heated up in the microwave which left the the edges hard. I would strongly advise not to order from this place.

I NEED A REFUND!! This was the WORST chinese" ive ever had. I've never left a bad review on a restaurant like this before I am SHOCKED. This restaurant should NOT be allowed to sell food. The chicken was dry

Delicious tea and lovely way to spend an afternoon. RJ was great fun to chat to about anything and everything, and has an extraordinary range of brews. Highly recommend the Prince of Bromley tea!

The selection of teas here is amazing, they also host some really cool events.

Took over 2 hours to deliver a takeaway through Just Eat. The food was lukewarm so I think they were waiting for a delivery person to bring it to us - not my problem. If they can't cope with delivery orders or don't have enough staff then they should not accept orders through the delivery platforms.Will not order from here again.
