UPDATE- The self check out tills do not support people returning items. The majority of people in the queue were returning not buying. Therefore more people on the tills needed.The 2 stars were for the ladies on the till. If the manager was the person by the self check outs then more training is needed as she was extremely rude with no patience. The queue was stupidly long for 1 person on the till and a lady in the queue had to ask if they had any more members of staff. The lady who came onto the tills, think they said Mand was fab, really efficient with lovely customer service.

Went in to return a faulty pair of shoes that had a hole inside the shoes sole (and I'd only bought them a month ago). I was basically accused of lying about how often I'd used them and made to feel like it was my fault the shoes were ruined. Had barely any use of them! They begrudgingly gave a credit note for them but were acting totally unacceptable. Was appalling customer service from the manager - do not visit this store!!!!!!

We sometimes go in to have a look but we never actually shopped there as we never felt welcomed, but the other day we gave it a go.What’s up with the staff?? They seemed offended that we asked for help. The blonde girl -who works two jobs- clearly doesn’t care about customer service and did not want to be there ! Whoever is in charge of recruitment must look for attitude in their staff!Do not shop there ! Schuh or foot locker in the mall have better, friendlier staff !

Some of the most unprofessional staff there, they’re hiring kids running it, and it’s shows. Awful

One of the best suit brands out there!! Their suits are so comfy, pretty and affordable! The quality is amazing and I have never had a problem with the fit of any suit from Quatro. Excellent brand and I would definitely recommend!!

Went yesterday for a gait analysis - Spoke to somebody working upstairs in Cotswold shop and was made to pay before even having the appointment, only to be told that my payment hadn’t gone through despite it showing up as paid on my banking app. The staff member was very rude, telling me I was wrong and after refusing to pay again, he eventually let me go down saying “that’s okay we’ll do it for free” (even though I had in fact paid). It made me feel so embarrassed, that I was given a free service as if I wasn’t willing to pay at all. So I go downstairs for my appointment where I questioned if the salesman could speak English - he kept gesturing to me to do things like sit down or run on the treadmill. After watching my running video back, he told me I had a neutral position when running and that was it. To think I paid £15 for that. He recommended three pairs of shoes, all of which were above £175. The whole thing felt like a money making scheme - didn’t ask me about what I wanted, how far I run, etc. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, was a waste of time.

WILD WICKETS sport shop is fantastic. I Just did an online order, quick easy to use website with PayPal (love that!), Fay even delivered my order to Toy Planet for me to collect as they would be closed. They saved my bacon as this was a panic buy for my Daughters Ballet lessons today. Highly recommend! THANKS GUYS!

Great shop with just the styles I like. Staff all very attentive and helpful. Gets quite crazy busy some weekends.
