Nicely laid out store with staff who allowed you to shop in peace. Quality products which are reasonably priced. Excellent car parking

Very well run place, employees were outstanding and so very kind. Nothing was rushed, no selling pressure like other shops and a great experience, thoroughly recommend!

I would strongly recommend this furniture shop to anybody looking for a high quality and stylish sofa at a very competitive price. Amy and Lisa are extremely warm and helpful and will bend over backwards to find the sofa for you. They also offer free style tips and advice on how to improve the longevity of your sofa. This store is a real gem!

UPDATE:I am upgrading this review and rating now. I was contacted by Customer Service Manager and they've offered to take back sofa and a full refund, or replace them completely with new ones.OLD=========================Just purchased two very expensive sofa's and the place is a rip off. First, you will notice there is no real customer service. Try getting hold of a staff on the phone in their London office (the one I tried anyway) and it is impossible.And they will tell you sale is on only for the next few days. There is almost a permanent sale. You will find you were duped into placing an order as sale was about to end soon.."If you do get through then good luck. Eventually when you do to customer service and have issues you are in for a long ride. You won't get much of a prompt response from them and only excuses.Then when you get delivery

Bought online but picked up from the Cambridge store and so friendly and helpful. One of the items had a small chip and able to swap it n the store the next day.Recommend the store (and the oak ladder desk!)

I find that the service in this store I awfull a bed purchased in 2019 just before lockdown has still not been and been paid for in full tje quality is appalling of the frame tjat was delivered still awaiting mattress they denied all knowledge even though have proof they refuse to give there name no manager is apparently in store shocking service no one go there

Visited the store this week to purchase a new bed. Had recently bought a new table and chairs, within the last year, for the living room and the quality / service was great, so went back there again.The sales consultant Sean was great, very helpful and helped us through every step. Alongside the table and chairs + the new bed, I can not fault the store / company. Would recommend.

Nice environment. I had the pancakes with bacon and unfortunately they were cold. Everyone else's food was fine and I did not give the staff the chance to rectify the situation, so perhaps it's a little unfair to complain, I'm sure they would have made me a new plate if I'd asked. On the whole this is a nice cafe.
