My mum works for this company and they are so supportive and have good high standards delivering care and always puts their key client best interest first my mum has never done care before but they have supported her all throughout her training and even helped her get a NVQ 2 with support from the management team at adaptus my mum allways comes home feeling valued as part of the team so Thankyou Adaptus!!

These was the best company till thay coud not look after me mum any more there was a a fue gd cares we miss still

A good variety & good price stuff

I’ve worked for this company for 7 months now and I HONESTLY couldn’t wish for a better company to work for. I had zero experience within care work, As a company they go ABOVE and beyond to help motivate encourage and recognise you and your work. They are all constantly there to help guide and support you in any which way they can. Every single person within that company is helpful supportive and lovely. They are all always there to help. There’s also extra training on whatever you feel your are lacking in available, They are extremely professional too and follow all guidelines and regulations and never cut corners with there clients. There’s plenty of hours and you are never left without work, The pay is always on time and always correct, the holiday allowance is also great. I personally love working for adaptus, They also go above and beyond to be fair and accommodating to there staff.

Went down to be assessed for a replacement wheelchair my wife and I could not have been looked after better by all the staff chatting to us while we waited then I was assessed by Tony and a young lady in training they made us feel as we had known them for yearsExcellent at his job and the young lady could not have had a better trainer thank you all for making our visit an enjoyable one

Easy access to collect compost into car with employee assistance. Mushroom compost is tightly packed giving better value for money.

This company provided first class care to my dad during the last few days of his life. Every single carer was brilliant and went out of their way to make him as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure to meet them all and I can't speak of them highly enough. A first class firm that I would highly recommend. Thank you girls; you put a smile on his face xx

RQIA seems to only exist in order to falsely portray that there is oversight and protections to prevent the mistreatment of those unfortunately affected by ill mental health, in reality though there is not.
