Serviced my Honda self drive roller mower ever since I bought it. Always well serviced, most recently a week ago. Despite being warned it may take 10 days - it took 4, even though it needed a new blade and a carb clean and re-set. Now I'm ready for the coming season.

Machinery sent here seem to vanish into a black hole only to reappear some inexplicable time in the future after you had forgotten you had sent it there and given up chasing.Don't use this company if you need your equipment urgently.

Top class service and support from Jamie. He advised me on what robot mower options were most appropriate for my garden, installed it for me and has provided after service support when occassionally needed.Delighted with the mower and customer service. Would highly recommend.

I'm very impressed with the service here! The two guys I met were friendly and enthusiastic. I called first to ask if they had a part I needed for my chainsaw. As I described the part, the Parts guy quoted me the part number immediately, the price and then confirmed they had it in stock!When I went over to purchase the part, it was waiting for me at the counter.I subsequently needed a bit of help to fit the part which they did for me free of charge. All of this was done with a smile and a laugh. It's just so unusual these days and I will definitely be back for all my garden equipment in future even though they are much further away than my current supplier. I have no hesitation recommending this garden machinery centre. (Parking is easy too).

Completed a complex repair to my lawn tractor. Did what they said they would at the time they said they would, which is a recommendation in itself.I would recommend them.

I called the number displayed on maps for a enquiry and the person that answered said this isnt a motorbike shop and cut me off rudly.

I've had a quad bike and motorbike from these guys and they've both been fantastic quality. Any questions or queries I've had have been replied within 24 hours or less. I've had the quadbike over 2 years and it still runs perfectly. Fantastic customer service and perfect bikes!

Had a few issues with delivery quad warehouse explained that it was out of their hands due to customs. They answered all questions we asked. Once the product reached them they couldn’t have been any better. Can’t fault the company for issues out of their hands. They’ve done their best to accommodate us the best they can.
