Small plates restaurant

A cosy Thai restaurant with a decent cocktail menu and plenty of Thai classics. We enjoyed the duck curry, calamari, matchstick chicken wings, chicken Pad Thai and a mango rice pudding. Portions were on the smaller side but flavour was good and ingredients were fresh. Would have liked to see more rice on the sticky mango pudding and fresh mango instead of mango pudding (perhaps mango wasn't in season) but a nice dessert to round off the meal regardless. Staff are attentive and friendly. Would recommend for a quick weeknight dinner or casual meal out with friends. Vegetarian options available as well

This small hole in the wall, was a beautiful evening all round!1) book ahead to ensure a table as it was absolutely packed and back to back covers!2) the atmosphere was lovely very intimate despite being so busy, the decorations inside are lovely and the walls are lined with wine which you can drink and buy!3) the restaurant is dog friendly so let them know ahead of time and they will make sure you have a table appropriate for your pooches!4) the food...We tried a bit of each section of the menu and it was all delicious, each dish totally unique and packed with flavour! We had an array of vegetarian, meat and seafood dishes and each one was delicious! We ordered a saussicon platter and some oysters to start and those were so fresh and perfectly balanced.The small plates we ordered 4 and each was a lovely little experience, from fully shelled prawns with their gorgeous sauce, some ceviche that had so much punch we both felt it for hours!!Also my boyfriend said the chips were the best he's ever eaten and we used them to soak up all the sauces across the different dishes!After our 6-7 dishes we were stuffed! Will definitely go back again and would love more people to experience this menu! Really affordable too for you to make sure you get full for your budget!Thanks for the Amazon dinner guys!

Extremely beautiful place especially sitting outside watching the swans. Food and drinks were all very nice and the service was perfect. Definitely recommend

This place serves a great breakfast. Worth travelling to. They use very good ingredients and the menu is well thought out. Decent coffee too! Only complaint is they could do with sharper knives.

Popped in for brunch after seeing positive reviews online. Wonderful breakfast, great coffee and friendly, helpful staff. Oh and one piece of fruit cake turned into 2! Will definitely be back.

Staff very efficient, professional and friendly. My son loved the trio of starters as a main meal. I felt very safe in this restaurant with covid measures, infact one of the only restaurants I’ve been in where all staff kept face mask on and wore properly. Well done all at Lime Tree!

What a great first night in London. We were craving a tasty modern version of British food and we got it here. The a service was fast, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the food we ordered was 10/10. In particular the waiter’s recommendation to get the venison, not something I would have gravitated toward, was spot on. Cooked perfectly and tasty. The starters were particularly well cratfed and the wine list was robust. Will definitely come back.

Fabulous place! Came here on a quiet Sunday evening (2-4-1 cocktails at the bar!) and had a fab experience from start to finish! Staff are lovely and the place itself is beautifully decorated. We tried the smoking cocktails and they were delicious! (we weren't sure which ones were smoking but the staff let us know when we asked!) We then moved over to the restaurant area and ordered about 17 dishes between 5 of us. We ended up ordering some more beef and mushroom croquettes as they were all so delicious! All the potatoes were delicious and the pork belly was lovely! Well worth a visit here!

Don’t believe the hype guys! This is glorified Iceland food. Nothing is premium. The cocktails are sub par. Staff are quite abrupt and charges everyone a premium menu even if that not what you reserved. Fake tik tok restaurant. Def not worth it. The beef fillet was raw in the middle and the prawn dishes were practically raw and undercooked. Def not worth £48. The manager was rude and charged my sister the same amount as us and she was pregnant and had no alcohol! Very rude staff! Avoid at all costs and go to a much better restaurant and spend your money elsewhere

Had suuuuch a lovely birthday meal here! Food was delicious, pretty decor, but most of all the service and all the staff were so lovely and helpful and friendly, it really made our evening special. When we ordered food we weren't sure if we were ordering the right amount, and they advised us it might be a little too much (a refreshing change from restaurants just trying to encourage us to spend money), and they were NOT wrong! We were absolutely stuffed, and everything we ate was fantastic. Would particularly recommend the gazpacho, the halibut ceviche, and the corn on the cob with seaweed butter. The staff were always available and very happy to tell us more about the menu and answer any questions, but they were never overly invasive and still left us to enjoy our meal. Honestly the best and nicest service I can remember in a restaurant. Will definitely be going back, I look forward to trying more of the menu!
