Trying to get my dogs medical history transferred to Craemill vets has taken 3 phones so far. Spoke to Keira Sibley yesterday at 1130. I was assured from her that she would send information straight away. Safe to say she didn’t do a thing as I got a call this morning from Craemill saying I needed to call Parklands to issue my consent. Desperate unreliable and unprofessional service. I would also like to add that I am fully aware of the impact of the current crisis we are in and that waiting times may be lengthy. (I waited an hour and 20 minutes last Thursday after being asked to stand outside while 4 customers remained inside - not 2 and was spoken to very rudely by said person wearing no mask) As am I conscious that staff are under pressure following and implementing guidelines. I am a teacher and am well aware of the need to try and carry out my job whilst trying to keep hundreds of children safe along with myself; however there is simply no excuse for bad manners. Kindness works both ways. On a positive, I would like to say thank you to Andrew Turkington - Head of Small animals, for listening and showing empathy and understanding to me because of my experiences with Parklands over the past few months. And to Zara who is doing an incredible job. She is a fantastic manager and a real people person with a warm and friendly disposition. A genuine asset to your organisation.

Very expensive but the staff are friendly and helpful.

That's five star's for staff, you doing a great job, you saved the life's. Thank you guys.If the owner can make less prices, with the reason because he's doing a good things ,that step will make him closer to the god. Hope it's not all about money. It's not a business, you save the life's.Thanks.

Excellent services, desk staff are friendly and helpful/ knowledgeable. Don't think it's overly expensive

It's my 1st time using this veterinary practice and I can only say good things. The vet looked at the Buzzard with very little notice. Thank you to all involved

Absolutely brilliant. Dog got sick on holiday and managed to get out of hours appointment with no issue. They saw jay immediately and couldn't have been more helpful. They kept him over night and were so helpful keeping us updated on his progress and making recommendations. They explained the full cost of everything and I think it was very reasonable for it being over Easter, out of hours and a dog they had no prior dealings with. I'm so appreciative as they got Jay well again and were so easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I think campsie vets is just brilliant lovely friendly staff and a very good with Toby they look after him with top care and would like to thank them very much for everything that they have done for him

Very disappointed, unfortunately had to put our family dog down recently and paid to have his ashes returned to usWeeks later still no word so we phoned up just to be held on the phone long as possible for them to figure out who was going to take the blame. Was told “they keep them over here but it isn’t here etc”Just to be then told “we don’t have them” then to find out sparky was sent to a mass incineration so we will never get his AshesTried to make us feel better by telling us they had another family paid for ashes and the same thing happenedNot good enough

Went out to get my dogs yearly booster ! Yet again friendly welcome by staff and the vet was truly professional/ helpful and full of experience! I confess I get more worked up about these visits and my dog detects this, even the vet said he is trying to protect me ! As I say the vet knew the best way to handle Dice ! I felt that guilty, I made a point of going and getting the staff all chocolates! They’re fantastic and I would recommend

Vet, nurses and receptionist all very helpful, and really kind and gentle with my very poorly dog . Lots of information from the vet and have kept me up to date on my dog’s progress throughout his stay.
