Huw and his team took a big group of us out mountain biking in the Black Mountains- it was fantastic. Really varied, just the right level of challenge and the route was great. Would absolutely recommend!

We took the granddaughters tobogganing and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Good value for money.

Entering the world of buying your first pair of ski boots is a little daunting to say the least, there are so many options out there and hard to understand what would be right for me. Kate @ the alpine room really made the process so easy and stress free. She is extremely thorough in ensuring she finds the very best boot for you, based on your anatomy, experience and future ski plans. Everything was explained & she made sure I was able to understand & provide the right feedback to help her make adjustments and get the right fit. A definite 5 star personal service with superb aftercare too.

If you can live with the prices (everything in there is very nice and none of it is cheap) it is way nicer than shopping online where the staff are so knowledgeable. Tbf it's only expensive because they sell good stuff.When I was looking for a waterproof jacket the assistant took me all the way through the process of what I'd be wearing it for, what clothes I already have, how much I want to spend etc. before making their recommendation. Definitely a cut above the customer service I've had in other places, maybe it's a general hiking shop thing but I really got the impression these people can make recommendations based on their own experience. Will be back when I need something else!

Great ski boot fit advice by Raheem. After 1h in Ellis B with no success he provided a boot fitting like a glove within 10 min. Worlds apart and a great professional. Thank you.

Would 100% recommend going to Snow Togs, the staff are just fantastic. They really do go the extra mile to help you. I purchased boots from them and had them fitted, when I got home they felt a little funny so I went back the following week. The team quickly helped and made some adjustments to make them feel nice and snug. My ski bindings also had to be re-drilled and as I had purchased expensive boots they did this free of charge. Oh wow found the perfect jacket for hubby at half price. Well worth a visit. And the staff are really helpful.
