Second-hand furniture shop

Worst branch ever. Bought a sofa, checked 3 times that they would bring it up to 2nd floor, which they said they would. When the delivery men showed up they said they don't do stairs. Attempted to bring the sofa up the stairs myself, which didn't fit therefore I had to re arrange collection. When I tried to explain that their driver refused to bring it up , they basically called me a liar and told me that the driver said the lift was broken.. what a total joke since I live in a house. They obviously charged my twice as well for the poor service and when I complained to their head office, they said they would invest on some training! I want my money back , don't care about your training! Get some more competent staff who understands customer service!

Called to offer a donation and spoke to a very grumpy man. I won’t call again.

Warehouse full to the brim with all kinds of furniture and ornaments...an Aladdin's cave, great for collectors and upcycle enthusiasts.

Very helpful, cheap furnature really helps out the local communities

Good products, however, had a major problem with the delivery, which was delayed by 7 days. I am not sure whether that was a one-off problem or its something common with this branch

I have tried to get an item picked up for the last week...two no shows no call backs to explain why...fed up fed up fed up....

An interesting homewares store on the High Street. The shop sells a range of furniture and textiles, lamps and art for a fairly high budget.

As always the store had a wide range of goods. The products offered suited all pockets . The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Great shop! A little bit of everything here, friendly and helpful staff, delivery available too. Only downside is parking is tricky so maybe take public transport or cycle?

Well worth a visit. Some good quality items at a fair price and polite staff.
