Full Fitness Gym & Indoor Climbing, Ninja Course and Soft Play Norfolk
Probably the best gym in Norfolk. New space is amazing, staff are always on hand and never intrusive. Owners clearly care and have spent thousands on the new premises. A perfect gym

Bearded Men Adventures
Great fun despite it hammering down for the whole experience. Our guide ( think his name was Joe?) was really friendly and made sure everyone was safe. Gave us a bit of extra guidance after we were ping ponging down the sides. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was parking; the meeting place is at the side of the canal, we asked and was told to use the community centre opposite. If you are lucky enough, they may be selling more cakes there for their scouts visit to London

A friend and I had an awesome weekend learning trad/multi-pitch climbing skills! Louise has a fantastic way of passing on information while still allowing space for you to experiment and learn which makes the process enjoyable as well as informative! There was also plenty of time to put the skills into practice to make it sink in and to have fun actually climbing! We both got so much out of the weekend, can't wait to come back and do more! She even managed to have multiple options covering every possible scenario with the every changing weather forecast!

Had an amazing day yesterday Paddleboarding with my family from Ripon to Boroughbridge accompanied by Sam. The day was so fun, despite the rain and great value for money. Sam was both professional and very attentive when we fell but equally relaxed and friendly. We were all beginners and by the end of the day we did not feel like beginners at all. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I booked Kevin for a 3-day private Scottish winter mountaineering course, and I couldn’t have picked a more knowledgeable and professional guide. We learnt at our own pace and tailored the course to our liking. I loved every second of it and I now feel I now have the skills and confidence to take away from this experience to go out the winter mountains on my own in a safe manner.Kevin is not only a great guide but he also takes amazing pictures!!

Mother Cap
Excellent views, once you get to the top after a relatively easy walk for about 30 minutes. The path from the car park is visible and takes you straight to the top next to the boulders (mother cap) etc. Sections of the path can be muddy on a rainy day.The car park is not free and £1.50 for an hour or £2.50 for 2 hours unless you are planning to spend longer. I think the maximum is £4.50 for the whole day. A word of warning though, it does not accept coins, you will need a debit or credit card to pay for the parking.

Great facility that’s different from anything else in the Bristol area. My kids loved the clip’n’climb and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great coffee too. Top class bouldering, I will definitely be going again.
