Probably the best gym in Norfolk. New space is amazing, staff are always on hand and never intrusive. Owners clearly care and have spent thousands on the new premises. A perfect gym

Great facilities overall, too much focus on Weightlifting equipment in eleiko room, only 2 power bars? Only 2 benches and almost all of the time they are being used for hip thrusts with the actual hip thrust attachment left un-used. The weightlifting bars are great for weightlifting I’m sure but really awful for powerlifting movements, trying to get a rack a bench and a power bar at even a semi busy time is extremely difficult, and considering the rack heights of the bench presses in the vaults are not suitable for many people this is a problem. The Vaults is great overall almost all the kit is fantastic except the hack squat, worst hack I’ve ever seen. GHDs in circuits gym badly need to be fixed and Eric Liddell could really do with a seated hamstring curl rather than lying.Lastly, there seems to be a culture of people trying to reserve equipment they are not currently using but intend to use later in the workout. Most common instance of this is people doing a squat or some type of lunge with a barbell and keeping a bench behind them (not using it) for when they go to do hip thrusts after their squats, but they will not allow anyone else to use the bench while they are not using it and you were to ask to use it they would say “I’m going to be using it”To me, this is not on. It’s a busy gym and I don’t agree with reserving equipment you are going to be using later and stopping others from using it while you are not even using it.

A highly enjoyable and relaxed climbing session with a very friendly and experienced instructor. Felt entirely at ease, comfortable and safe due to the excellent tutoring and technical explanations from Sarah.Unreservedly recommend to anyone looking to climb with some expert guidance.

Incredible GYM!! Cardio machines are really good with personalized video-trainings. I can't believe the price! Very cheap of course.

I know nothing about climbing so I can't give an informed view of the standard. Booked for sons 14th birthday. I was expecting the easiest climbs to be easier. The staff were friendly and helpful and the overall experience relaxed and pleasant. You can get coffee, soft drinks and snacks too

Great facility that’s different from anything else in the Bristol area. My kids loved the clip’n’climb and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great coffee too. Top class bouldering, I will definitely be going again.

Took my 6 year old son for a 1:1 skate boarding lesson. It was his first time on a board and he loved it so much that we went the following day! The coaches are amazing, very patient but also encouraging. We will definitely be going again when we’re next in Folkestone. I would 100% recommend it!

My grandson & friend really enjoyed today, it started later than time specified as no one was about. The man who came with the clipper board for names was walking about eating a banana which didn't look very professional! Got some great photos. But please stop parents from going inside the area where the kids are following them about taking photo's. I took mine on the other side of the fence where they should have been.
