Hazelford Lock
We fell across this lock whilst on a walk around Radcliffe and Shelford. I never knew it was here or so large. The area around it is beautiful.

New MoOn On The Quay
I loved eating here for my birthday. Never been before so wandered in after spotting it by the waterfront. I loved the decor especially the fancy bathroom. I love the idea the staff are rewarded for 5* reviews and it is also a good motivation for people to come back and leave their feedback. Food was very yummy and we ordered too much of course! I think it is greatvalue for money and can see it as a great place to eat/drink in summer as there is ample seating outside looking out onto the harbour front

Aylesbury Arm (Grand Union canal)
As a continuous cruser I would recommend more boaters to come down the arm. The views spectacular especially at Black Jack's lock. I am not going to lie the canal is very weedy in some parts. The facilities at the basin are good but the signage could be better.

The River Thames, Egham
Thames in London Overview. The River Thames is a major waterway that flows through southern England, most notably through London. Originating in the Cotswolds and emptying into the North Sea, it stretches for over 200 miles. Throughout history, the Thames has played a central role in the growth and development of London, providing trade routes, fresh water, and boundaries. Many iconic landmarks, such as the Tower Bridge, the Houses of Parliament, and the London Eye, are situated along its banks. Today, the river continues to be a vital part of London's identity, offering both recreational opportunities and scenic beauty.
