Amazing care while my mum was there but after she passed away on the Wednesday they behaved appallingly by never retrieved her belongings from her room until 5 days later after speaking to the home on friday and half of them did not belong to her ,heartbroken.

Ailsa Lodge Care Home
I have now managed Ailsa lodge for around 18 months and it has been the best time . I am very fortunate to have a fabulous deputy manager and team I work with . We all genuinely care about our residents and families and try on a daily basis to ensure we always deliver the best care . We are embedding our values into the home to be kind , passionate , trusted , respectful and inclusive . It is a pleasure to come to work every day to see my residents laughing and being happy , this is what makes my job worthwhile .

Lauren Court Care Home
I work at Lauren Court (been here 2 weeks) and I love it here. The home is lovely, clean, friendly, inviting and the staff, management and residents are fantastic. Everyone has made me welcome and I enjoy going to work. It’s the best home I have worked in and it’s a pleasure to care for the residents living at Lauren Court. All the staff do an excellent job and are all amazing to work with. We are like one big family here.

White Gables Care Home
I have spent a short 24hrs at White Gables and while the building is a little dated, it is kept absolutely spotless. I recently visited the care home with my partner to visit her loving grandad whom was receiving palliative care. We arrived at about 3am after driving for 3 hours and without any hesitation the staff were on hand to help and make us welcome and comfortable. They focussed every action around her grandad and his loved ones, putting us all & grandad first at every conversation, no ask too much. Despite the recent challenging times within care homes, the attitudes of all the staff were stalwart & unfaltering. Thank you all at White Gables. You will not be forgotten and thank you for caring so much for grandad.

Kesteven Grange Care Home
I have found the care given to my father since he moved into Kersteven Grange, five weeks ago, to be excellent. He is in the Dementia care area, of the home. There are always plenty of staff working with the residents and the atmosphere in the Dementia area is usually calm and friendly. His room is always clean, and the furniture is in good condition. I have never seen him to be anything but clean, tidy and well groomed. The whole home is secure. The dementia area is on the second floor served by a lift with a key code activation by staff, so the most vulnerable are kept extra safe.Dad tells me the food is very good, he is always keen to get to the dinning room. There are drinks and biscuits are served to residents between meals.I am always kept up to date with his care and any incidents.I felt very guilty putting Dad into a home, but I feel so glad that the home I chose was Kersteven Grange. I know he is getting first class care.
